Every week, these strange white crates leave a high-security Tesla compound in Lathrop, California. They’re showing up near the Hoover Dam. At an Air Force base in Georgia. In the heart of New York City… An estimated 4,000 of them are now spread across 48 locations in 14 states. And more roll out every week. But you won’t see this on CNBC, and you won’t read about it in the Wall Street Journal. Because these mystery Elon crates have nothing to do with electric vehicles, space, social media, crypto, biotech, robots, or AI… The “mystery Elon crates” are Tesla Megapacks — grid-scale battery storage units being deployed across the country for utility, military, and commercial energy projects. Tesla is quietly building the backbone of America’s grid-storage infrastructure while everyone’s distracted by culture-war bullshit — but it is the actual story worth paying attention to. No secret technology. No hidden invention. Just the most boring, most profitable, and arguably most important thing Tesla does — hidden in plain sight.

The Dutch vehicle authority (RDW) ‌has released a statement after it received criticism for approving @Tesla's FSD (Supervised). "The RDW carefully assessed and tested this driver assistance system before approval was granted. As part of this process, we analyzed and evaluated data from vehicles that had been driven in Europe. We also collected and assessed our own data and continue to monitor the performance of this system on the road. The RDW did not rely solely on Tesla’s data; we also carried out extensive testing ourselves using our own test equipment. Over a period of more than 3,000 hours, testing took place both on test tracks and on public roads, under a wide range of conditions, including complex and busy urban traffic, a broad variety of road types, and different - including extreme - weather conditions. This included the use of data from 1.8 million kilometres driven in Europe with FSD Supervised. The RDW’s own tests — comprising more than 1,000 test runs — were conducted in accordance with European regulations. The Tesla data used by the RDW also complied with those rules. The RDW independently assessed and validated the process used to collect the data. Through these tests, the RDW gathered objective information and verified the manufacturer’s data. The RDW does not base its assessment solely on information provided by the manufacturer. We carried out extensive independent investigation. On the basis of this overall process, the RDW concluded that the system meets the applicable requirements. As a result, a European type approval valid for use in the Netherlands was granted. Safety is the RDW’s foremost priority. This Tesla driver assistance system supports the driver to a greater extent than other systems because, when activated, it takes over multiple driving tasks. The proper use of driver assistance systems makes a positive contribution to road safety by supporting the driver in performing driving tasks; it is intended as an aid to the driver. Owing to the continuous and strict monitoring of the driver in the vehicle, this driver assistance system is at least as safe as other driver assistance systems. We have thoroughly assessed and tested this system over a period of more than 18 months." Full statement linked in thread below:

FSD 14.3 just crushed the full drive up to the summit of Mount Umunhum — ZERO interventions the entire way through those twisty Santa Cruz Mountain roads! Buttery smooth accel/decel, perfect lines, lightning reactions… and then it parked itself perfectly at the top with zero help. 14.3 is straight fire & is next-level. @elonmusk @tesla @aelluswamy @teslasi Video shot on @insta360 Ace Pro 2 shorturl.at/pYtGV

BYD Seal or Tesla Model 3? After real-world miles, here's the no-BS verdict: BYD wins on range and wallet, Tesla on speed and chargers. Your drive style picks the champ. Which one's calling your name? 🚀

Upfront, BYD Seal saves cash under $30k with killer long-term costs. Model 3 holds stronger resale in the US right now. Specs are fun, but budget and your timeline? They rule the decision. 💰

Model 3 if you crave performance and charger access. BYD Seal for epic range on a budget. Both sub-$30k winners—no wrong choice, just your priorities. What's your pick—drop it below! ✅

EV, PHEV, REEV… which one actually saves you headaches? 🧠⚡ The answer isn't in the brochure. It's in the cold, hard reality of your daily drive. Let's cut the jargon.

REEV (Range-Extended EV) is the complex cousin. The gas engine only charges the battery; it never drives the wheels. 🔄 Result? A smoother electric feel. But more parts = more potential fixes. It’s a niche solution, often for drivers psychologically tied to a gas ‘safety net’.

Your cheat sheet is simple: • EV if your daily drive fits the REAL range (not the EPA dream). • PHEV if you take weekly road trips beyond the charging grid. • Skip REEV unless you’re already in love with a specific model. Want more no-hype breakdowns? Follow for the next one. 👇

500-mile EVs in 2026? Not hype—data from real road tests proves it's happening. But only if you know the conditions. Lucid Air Pure nails it in mixed driving, while Tesla Model Y 2.0 crushes efficiency. Winter still bites 20-30%, but smarter batteries are closing the gap. Real-world range is finally reliable. 🚀🔋

500 miles mean squat if chargers suck. 2026 flips the script: 10+ automakers adopt NACS for Tesla Superchargers, plus 800V platforms add 200 miles in <15 mins. Road trips go seamless—no hour-long waits. Battery range + charging speed = EV freedom unlocked. 🛣️🔌

Bottom line: 500-mile EVs are real in 2026—for Lucid Air Pure on temperate runs, Model Y's efficiency kings. Skip peak hype; chase Edmunds tests and owner data. Ditch range anxiety, pick smart. Ready for your EV move? Drop a comment—what's your range must-have? Follow for more no-BS dives. 👊
