@AnglianHome thanks for building an illegal/dangerous extension. Apparently, for the past 2yrs we’ve been living with sewage leak & illegally installed boiler. Kitchen sink & boiler now immediately decommissioned. No hot water and 2 young kids & you don’t answer the phone.

This is horrific- the lives of this family have been in danger due to @AnglianHome. A lethal boiler and a leak of waste due to you blocking the sink- what are you going to go about this? Dr Boden is an NHS hero and you need to rehome them until you have fixed this ASAP.

@Lifecake half of my family cannot access the new app as they have older tablets, the new app needs to be made available on web browsers it's really disappointing that you have done this during a time when this app was the only way for family to see photos my nan is very upset.
