@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp how can I find out if a parcel delivered to the wrong postcode has been returned or kept. It has a tracking number and shows delivered. The store has been unhelpful in retrieving the parcel I hope you will be more helpful.

@AnglianHome thanks for building an illegal/dangerous extension. Apparently, for the past 2yrs we’ve been living with sewage leak & illegally installed boiler. Kitchen sink & boiler now immediately decommissioned. No hot water and 2 young kids & you don’t answer the phone.
