🚨BREAKING: A U.S. Air Force service member has DIED after falling from the rafters of San Antonio’s Alamodome during a pregame rappelling demonstration honoring military personnel before Saturday’s UTSA-Navy football game.
The airman was rushed to a hospital but did not survive. A ceremony meant to honor those who serve has ended in tragedy.
The Air Force is now investigating what went wrong, including whether proper safety procedures were followed.
His identity has not yet been released.
