@DHLGlobal an express package was due on monday. They texted business closed delivery failed since monday. Today( Thurs) I called in the morning, said it was urgent . They promised to deliver by 5. Waited outside till 7 PM didnt come,and texted building closed delivery failed – at Arlington, VA
Horrible service, and customer service said the driver has too many packages and he cant deliver. I said so we pay extra for an express for the driver to deliver as he wishes. They said I paid the shipper not them.. They won't even try to help and admit their fault but blame us – at Arlington, VA
The building security said the #DHL van didn't come this whole week. So they just text as they feel without even attempting delivery that the delivery failed.
