Corporate hears "this builds the brand." The operator hears "this doesn't pay me this month." Same words, two different bank accounts. When the company runs on royalties and the locations run on margin, a win at the top can be a loss at the bottom. Franchisees think corporate is out of touch. Corporate thinks franchisees don't get the bigger picture. Both are right. That's what makes it so hard to fix. #Franchise #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship #Marketing #NeilPatel

IMPORTANT FOOD FACTS THAT SOUND FAKE BUT ARE TRUE! 1. Ginger works as well as ibuprofen for pain. Trials put ginger head-to-head with ibuprofen for arthritis and period pain and found no real difference. Same relief, without tearing up your stomach. 2. Cloves have more antioxidants than any food on earth. More than blueberries, pomegranate, and acai combined. In the biggest antioxidant study ever done, over 3,100 foods, ground cloves came in at number one. A pinch of your tea does more than a shelf of expensive supplements. 3. Moringa leaves have more protein than beef, ounce for ounce, dried. Dried moringa runs about 25 to 29% protein. Beef is around 26%. And it carries every essential amino acid, more calcium than a glass of milk, and more vitamin A than a carrot. One tablespoon. 4. Dandelion, the weed you rip out of your yard, beats most of the produce in your store. More beta-carotene than carrots. More calcium than milk. More iron than spinach. Plus compounds that help your liver and kidneys clear out waste. You've been poisoning it. It's been trying to feed you. 5. Broccoli needs to be chopped and left to sit for 40 minutes before you cook it. Sulforaphane, one of the most-studied cancer-fighting compounds in any food, only forms once the plant is cut. Cook it whole and you get almost none. Chop it, let it rest, then cook it light. The preparation is the medicine. 6. Oregano holds more antioxidants than most berries, fresh or dried. In that same study, dried oregano landed in the top five spices on earth. It's full of rosmarinic acid and quercetin, both studied for calming inflammation and fighting off microbes. A teaspoon is working harder than you think. 7. The white pith of a lemon is more medicinal than the juice. That spongy white layer everyone scrapes off carries hesperidin and naringenin, flavonoids studied for lowering blood pressure, easing inflammation, and protecting your blood vessels. The juice is mostly acid. Most people throw the medicine in the trash. 8. Turmeric without black pepper is almost a waste. On its own, only about 5% of curcumin, turmeric's healing compound, actually absorbs. Add black pepper and that jumps by roughly 2,000%. South Asia has paired the two for thousands of years. They didn't have a lab. They had eyes, and time. None of this came from a lab. It came from the ground, and from people paying attention. Food was always the medicine. 🙏

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI: “You don’t need to write prompts anymore.” In just 27 minutes, he explains how to use ChatGPT in ways most people haven’t even explored yet. This was a talk he gave to Stanford students. A friend sent me the recording last night. After watching it, I realized I was barely using 15% of what ChatGPT can actually do. Watch the full talk, then check out the guide below on how to build a system that can prompt itself.

Most businesses cover a little bit of everything. AI wants to recommend experts, not people who kind of understand something. Pick your topic. Go deep. Own it. Topical authority is one of six ways to get AI to recommend your business, and it's one of the easiest to start on this week. #TopicalAuthority #SEO #AISearch #ContentMarketing

Carney Owned the Room: Trump Saw It, Felt It, and Still Denies It - At the United Nations, the difference between Mark Carney and Donald Trump wasn’t subtle — it was impossible to ignore. Carney moved through the building like someone the world actually needed. Delegates stopped him constantly, pulling him into side conversations, asking for guidance, and inviting him into discussions that weren’t even on the schedule. Nations wanted his insight because it carried WEIGHT. His presence shaped the agenda, not the other way around. Trump’s experience was the opposite. He followed a rigid schedule to adhere to his listlessness, attended the meetings arranged for him, and watched the rest of the building flow around Carney instead of him. The isolation was visible. And while Carney was intercepted by countries extremely eager to challenge the United States’ direction, Trump was left standing with only the official, pre‑planned sessions — the kind that feel more like protocol than actual influence. It’s no surprise now that this is dynamic fed resentment on Trumps part. When one man is being pulled into real global decision‑making in hallways and side rooms, and the other is being ushered from space to space with assistants trying to explain to Trump what to do next, the jealousy writes itself. Textbook Trump. Today, that divide echoes in Canada’s political climate. Despite boisterous claims about a “liberal” government, conservatism has blended into the system in a way that distances Canada from Trump’s America. The world sees Canada as stable, cooperative, and now rapidly moving away from the chaos that defined recent U.S. politics. Whether people like it or not, the shift is happening — and the UN’s reaction to Carney versus Trump showed EXACTLY how clearly the world recognized it. America is withering on the political vine of democracy, while Canda is flourishing into an incredible global respected power. Trumps anger and weakness as a leader is on full display for Canadians and the world to witness now. #canpoli #cdnpoly #Canada #MAGA #CPC #trump

Your brain doesn’t know what time it is. Every time you replay that conversation from last year, that mistake from last month, that moment you wish you could take back from yesterday, your brain treats it like it’s happening right now. Same stress chemicals. Same alarm bells. You’re not remembering it. You’re reliving it, on a loop you built yourself. That's because of two things: your brain doesn't know the difference between what's really happening and what you're just imagining, and neuroplasticity means that your brain automates things that you think about and turns them into programs that it runs without you having to think about them next time. So, the more you rehearse something from the past or something you're just imagining, the more your brain builds out a reality as if that thing is still here right now. The ninth Commandment of self brain surgery is, "I must believe that what I'm doing I'm getting better at." That means if you're doing things with your mind that are making your brain better at living in the past or worrying about imaginary outcomes, you're getting better at feeling worse. So knock it off. Here’s the shift: you can’t edit the past, but you can stop rehearsing it. Every replay is a rehearsal, and your brain gets better at whatever you rehearse. Let's make neuroplasticity work for us and not against us. We call that self-brain surgery. It's not easy at first, it's hard and holy work. But remember, you get better at whatever you repeatedly do Philippians 3:13 says it like this: forget what lies behind and strain towards what lies ahead. Not denying it happened, but refusing to keep performing it. There's better stuff in the future, but not if you keep building a brain that lives in the past. Follow me to connect neuroscience and scripture every day. Save this for the next time your mind hits replay. Share it with someone stuck on a loop. How many leaders would you guess actually create #PsychologicalSafety for their teams? After a decade of books, articles & podcasts on the subject, you'd guess most of us have this figured out by now. McKinsey puts the real number at about 1 in 4. We're not nearly as good at this as we think we are. #Leadership #LeadFromTheHeart #HR #SHRM #WellBeing

Researchers took a thousand people and split them in two. One group got Google normally. The other group had the AI answer hidden. Then they counted how many times each group clicked through to an actual website. It was no surprise that the group who saw the AI answer clicked out to websites far less. But what made it interesting is when they split that drop by what people were searching for. Searches like "what is a heat pump." "How does a heat pump work." Seven out of ten searches are that kind, and AI answers about half of them. That's where the entire measured drop showed up. But the ones that didn't drop… People searching your business by name. People who were ready to buy. Your "what is" post was never the page that made you money. It was the page that got you found in the first place. That's the one AI took. The question isn’t whether to answer questions. It's which questions. "What is a heat pump", that answer is finished on the results page. Nobody's clicking. "How much does a heat pump cost to run", that's the one that will send you a customer. AnswerThePublic gives you every question people ask about your category. Sort them by intent, not by search volume. The boring, specific, further-down-the-funnel ones are the ones still worth writing. Follow and I'll keep showing you what actually brings visibility to your business!

JUST IN: Another bullshit gotcha from an influencer BENT on minimizing measles and undermining vaccines. Don’t fall for this dangerous crap. Get vaccinated.
🚨 JUST IN: PA Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) just got caught red-handed AGAIN MANUFACTURING the Measles "outbreak" after "deaths" had to do with OTHER CONDITIONS Shapiro is doing ALL of it to attack Sec. RFK Jr. 😡 SAME COVID PLAYBOOK: In the recent "measles associated" deaths, measles was NOT the only factor Other conditions included COPD, asthma, a 6-week old with a genetic condition, and a newborn with a ruptured spleen Yet Shapiro is coming out here GROUPING THEM IN with actual measles deaths, then slinging attacks at Secretary Bobby Kennedy We know how the lies operate and it won't work. I STAND WITH RFK! 🇺🇸

Here's the rule we run at NP Digital. AI handles ideation and research. The human does the writing. Then you edit for search and create for social. AI should make your content better, not cut your time in half. If it's saving you hours, spend those hours making the work great. #AIContent #SEO #ContentMarketing #MarketingTips

You need to understand this... everything that's worth it is hard. It takes TIME. Everyone wants everything so damn fast that they cut corners on their lives. They leave great jobs cause they want a title promo too fast, they quit side hustles because they didn’t get enough followers or dollars in year one and yet it would have been great if they waited and had 2 more years of patience. Please my friends…. lean into patience and consistency & discipline.

You cannot control what governments are doing in their policy. You cannot control if someone's going to be rude to you. You cannot control what your company's CFO is going to do. You cannot control anything but how you react to everything that happens to you. Once you understand that, life gets happy not sad … you feel empowered not helpless So many of you are crying over spilled water 💦 … things of the past … actions of others … I promise … this is the one many of you need to adjust !!!❤️❤️❤️

Backlinks won't save you. Rankings won't save you. What gets you cited by AI is reputation: real names, real case studies, real reviews, original research people actually reference. I'm not optimizing for one platform anymore. I'm building a system machines can't ignore. When AI writes its four sentence verdict about your brand, you want to have engineered it, not left it to chance. #SEO #AISearch #Reputation #DigitalMarketing #ContentStrategy
