✅ New: Amplitude x SegmentStream
@Amplitude_HQ is one of the leading product analytics platforms for startups and enterprises alike, used by over 4,900 companies and 26% of the Fortune 100.
Teams on Amplitude already track the behavioural events behind adoption, retention, cohorts, and the rest of the product picture.
Marketing measurement is a different scope. Which channels bring the users who adopt and retain, and what each one truly adds: behavioural events alone cannot answer that. It takes ad cost, CRM outcomes, an identity graph, and models that turn all of it into a budget decision.
That is what SegmentStream does: advanced marketing measurement on top of the raw events Amplitude already exports to your warehouse.
It adds cost from 30+ ad platforms and outcomes from your CRM, then turns all three into cross-channel attribution, incrementality and marginal ROAS, and budget recommendations you can push straight to the platforms.
Product analytics stays in Amplitude. Marketing measurement and optimization run in SegmentStream — where the next dollar should go, and how to prove it worked.
✅ New data source: StackAdapt.
You can now load your StackAdapt campaign spend and delivery metrics to be used for attribution reporting and marketing mix portfolio optimization.
To start, generate a read-only API token in StackAdapt. In SegmentStream, add a new StackAdapt data source, paste the token, select the advertiser you want to sync, and click Save.
UTM parameters are parsed from each ad's click URL, so it joins to your session data on utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign with no landing page template changes needed.
→ Available now under Data Sources.
✅ New data source: OpenAI Ads.
Campaign spend from OpenAI Ads now flows into SegmentStream automatically, alongside Google, Meta, TikTok and every other channel you run.
Ads on ChatGPT surfaces are a new line item in a lot of budgets, and most teams read that performance in isolation — inside OpenAI's Ads Manager, against OpenAI's own numbers. That says nothing about how the channel behaves next to the rest of the mix.
What you can do:
- See OpenAI Ads spend and delivery next to every other channel in one report
- Run attribution across the full mix with OpenAI Ads included, not estimated
- Let portfolio optimization move budget on real numbers
Generate an API key in Ads Manager → Settings, add the data source in SegmentStream, paste the token, pick your ad accounts. Data lands within an hour.
→ Available now under Data Sources.
Announcing SegmentStream Cloud — The data infrastructure for your analytics apps.
For agencies and in-house teams looking to build their own custom analytics, without building and maintaining entire data pipelines from scratch.
Why now:
Claude, Cursor and Lovable changed the default. More and more people now build their own custom websites and apps instead of fitting an existing SaaS platform to their business.
Then they try to build their own analytics, and reality hits. It's not fun weekend vibe-coding anymore:
→ Spinning up and managing a data warehouse
→ Collecting and processing real-time web and app events
→ Buying ETL tools for data ingestion from external sources
→ Configuring data pipelines and workflows with dbt or Airflow
→ Configuring BI dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI
This is real data engineering work, and it costs companies hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
A better way:
With SegmentStream Cloud, the infrastructure is already there. Sources. Transformations. Warehouse. Metrics. Apps. Every layer between raw data and a trusted answer is taken care of.
✅ Any data, any logic, any UI. Ship with AI agents via MCP, CLI, and API.
✅ Publish to the cloud, connect your domain, share with your team.
✅ End-to-end. The entire data infrastructure pipeline is handled for you.
The complete data platform for teams building with AI agents. Whether you're just starting out or running a website with 10M+ daily visitors.

AI is the new front door to the internet.
ChatGPT crossed 900M weekly active users in early 2026. McKinsey projects $750B in US consumer revenue flowing through AI-powered search by 2028.
Tools like @profound, @peec_ai, @semrush, @ahrefs, @AirOpsHQ help you track AI search visibility and citations.
But when you look at this channel in Google Analytics, the sales are barely there — thanks to long, cross-device journeys and zero-click interactions.
Measure it properly, though, and AI search shows its clear impact: 5-8x more attributed conversions on average. In some cases, up to 15X more revenue.
We're prepared a detailed guide on how to do it right.

✅ New: Refreshed platform UI, now with dark mode
With everything we've shipped recently, the SegmentStream deserved a fresh look. We've rebuilt the UI with cleaner layouts and full dark and light mode support across every screen.
✅ Introducing Predictive Cross-Channel Attribution
A fundamental upgrade to how performance teams measure marketing.
Conversions don't always happen the same day someone clicks — they arrive over days or weeks. By the time attribution data is "complete," the budget decisions that mattered have already been made on incomplete information.
This is especially critical for businesses struggling with long and complex customer journeys, where the sales cycle can take weeks after the click.
Predictive Cross-Channel Attribution changes that.
Using advanced ML, it projects the conversions still to come, alongside the ones already booked — so you see each campaign's true value from day one. Already-converted and still-to-come, in one unified view.
Marketing measurement, no longer in the past tense.

✅ New: Snowflake integration
Marketing analytics doesn't stop at tracking website conversions. You may also want to track subscriptions, LTV, profit margins, and other important metrics — the kind of data that usually lives in your data warehouse.
If you're using Snowflake as a source of truth for that business, customer, product, and revenue data — we have good news 🎉
You can now integrate it directly into the SegmentStream measurement layer for custom full-funnel measurement and end-to-end optimization workflows.
Example use cases:
→ Measure ROAS based on 7-day retention, not trial signups
→ Know which ad campaigns drive higher profit, not just revenue
→ Send custom Snowflake conversions to ad platforms via CAPI
If you've felt like your marketing analytics is disconnected from your business — let's talk!
✅ New: Self-Reported Attribution now visible inside every User Journey.
The channel a customer told you about — their answer to "How did you hear about us?" — now sits right above their first tracked session in the User Journey timeline.
Click-based tracking misses view-driven channels, dark social, podcasts, word-of-mouth — they all collapse into "direct" or "organic". Self-Reported Attribution rebuilds that signal from the customer's own answer.
What you can do:
✔️ See each customer's raw response (e.g. "youtube") next to the utm_source / utm_medium it was mapped to
✔️ Verify the classifier's mapping against what the user actually wrote
✔️ Spot journeys where SRA chose not to overwrite the original source — and understand why
Now it's auditable at the user level, not just in aggregate reports.
→ Available now in any project with an SRA config active.

Since 2018, SegmentStream has earned the trust of many leading advertisers. Why?
We're sharing below the six principles that guide everything we build — and that explain why brands choose us over platform-owned analytics, black-box attribution, and "trust us" dashboards.
1⃣ Independent of ad platforms. No co-marketing. No joint case studies. No referral deals. We work for the advertiser — that's it.
2⃣ Evidence over modeling. A deterministic measurement is a fact. A model is a hypothesis. We never confuse the two.
3⃣ No black boxes. Every model published. Every number auditable. Nine open whitepapers explain our methodology in full.
4⃣ Built for action. Measurement is only useful when it changes a decision — so we connect it to budget allocation and daily execution.
5⃣ A system, not a tool. Technology, process, and expertise as one engine.
6⃣ Education over selling. Open whitepapers. A 9.5-hour course on modern marketing measurement. Learn the discipline before you ever buy the platform.
