Any idea how to get an invite? 300k+ subscribers on YouTube 👀
X will pay you $1,500 for posting videos???
I just got an invite to post 15 videos in the next 30 days as part of the "Video Kickstart Bonus" program
guaranteed pay, fast-track to the Original Content Rewards program, and a free YEAR of X Premium+
unsure if a X team member is behind this or this was auto-sent to everyone?
but I love to see this, it's probably a sign of where X is going:
1. they've been saying "post video" for months now
but everyone knows posting vid on X is usually pretty destructive for reach.
the audience doesn't consume it long enough like they will for written content = poor distribution
2. X is building out new video features
they are already shipping new livestream features left & right, but X wants to incentivize more video on the platform too.
I can see them building out a video dashboard for you to search video content (similar to youtube)
3. user consumption behavior will have to change
x users love reading content at their own pace.
x has a hurdle to climb if they want to change this standard of behavior
really interested in the data the X team will get from this test.
get ready for a lot of video content from me :)

i guess kalshi saw this and thought they should steal my video, turn me into a white dude, and run it as an ad

Whether something is slop or not has less to do with whether it's AI-generated and more to do with whether it is informed by specific, unique human experiences/perspectives
There's plenty of human-generated slop
SpaceXAI engineer (ex-Cursor):
"right now I'm running 10-20 GrokBot agents that automate 90% of my routine
i have a Chief of Staff agent. He knows about all my other bots and manages everything"
in a 50-minutes podcast, a SpaceXAI engineer showed how to build a team of agents that will work for you 24/7
worth more than a $500 course on agentic engineering
watch today, then read how to build a Grok agents team from scratch in the article below

The gap between a 10x AI user and a mediocre one comes down to two abilities:
1. Domain expertise. You know what a great result looks like because you've done the work for years. This is your ceiling, and it becomes the agent's ceiling
2. Translation. You can pass your taste and standards to the agent through context, references, and iteration
The second is a skill, learnable in weeks.
The first is a career. No AI will hand it to you.

When crafting your story for customers, don't only list your features and functionality. Instead, construct an arc of transformation of the pain, the strain, and the gain on their lives.

Just a reminder to self: do not ever confuse social reach w/ competency. There is often a -ive correlation as most social reach is built on generalities and mass market media, and highly competent people often congregate in narrower groups with low virality potential.

When people ask for career advice, I tell them to find the intersection of three things:
1. What are you uniquely good at?
2. What gives you energy and purpose?
3. What will drive your economic engine?
Most people optimize for the opportunity. The best careers come from optimizing for the intersection.

YOUR CREATOR PROGRAM JUST GOT A LOT SMARTER.
Today we're launching Archive MCP, and it changes how your team interacts with your creator data.
@app_archive is where brands like Crocs, L'Oréal, DoorDash, and UNIQLO capture and measure their creator content: the posts about your brand, the creators behind them, and the earned media value (EMV) they generate.
With Archive MCP, you can now connect Archive to the AI tools your team already uses and ask about your creator program the way you'd ask a teammate.
A few things you can ask:
→ "Show me Instagram posts with EMV over $500 this month."
→ "Which creators posted about us this week with over 100,000 views?"
→ "Summarize this week's top posts by EMV so I can share them with the team."
The possibilities are endless, and the answers come back in seconds.
Anyone on your team can get it themselves, the moment they need it, without logging into Archive or waiting on a report.
It's read-only, self-serve, and included on every 2026 plan.

As engineering, product, design, DS, etc. melt into a new kind of role, I was reflecting on what roles might look like in the future. For example, when I look at the Claude Code team I see what I think is five archetypes:
1. Prototyper: comes up with brand new ideas; churns out many ideas, most of which don't ship
2. Builder: quickly turns a prototype/idea into production-grade product/infra
3. Sweeper: cleans up the UI, simplifies the code and system, unships, optimizes performance
4. Grower: takes a product that has been built and iterates on it to improve Product-Market Fit
5. Maintainer: owns a mature system to make it secure, reliable, fast, and efficient as it scales
Many people span across 2 roles, and sometimes 3 roles. I also notice that these roles are not really tied to job function -- eg. across Anthropic, some designers match category 1, some 2, some 3; same for engineers, PM, DS.
A healthy team needs a mix of these, depending on the product:
- A product that is new and pre-PMF needs people that are strong at 1+2+3
- A product that is growing and has found PMF needs 2+3+4 and some 5
- A product that has strong PMF needs 3+4+5 and some 2
Maybe product roles of the future will look more like this, and less like the domain-specific roles of today?
tipping is getting out of hand.
i’m buying an espresso machine online.
what exactly am i tipping for here?
Anthropic research lead:
"99% of our engineers are running swarms of 300+ self-improving agents.
close the agent loop. Give the model a way to verify its own output"
in a 20-minute session, Anthropic team member explains how to build a model that improves itself.
Claude + loops + plan mode + dynamic workflows -that’s the secret.

You don't make a good skill by writing a skill.
You make it by doing the thing, fixing it 20 times, then telling the AI to bottle up everything you just did.

A viral product has a founder people can see and hear
People buy from people. A screen recording from the founder beats a corporate promo video or a wall of features.

We talk a lot about how important it is to set up self-verification loops. Especially in the age of powerful models that can run for long periods of time, self-verification is a key ingredient that enables the model to run for much longer, delivering a result that is closer to what you intended, so you can do more without having to constantly check in on Claude as it works.
@delba_oliveira gives a great breakdown of what that looks like and why it matters
