These Judges recieve Amicus briefs written by think tanks such as @CatoInstitute . #libertarians believe that hiring discrimination for any reason should be the normal and they base that belief off of radical private property rights. They don't enployers can be coercive.
Unfortunately, non-#libertarians often fail to understand or appreciate the nuance of supporting the rights of people to hold or even act in accord with wrongheaded ideas, so long as it does not involve violating the rights of others by initiating force or fraud against them.
The classical liberal philosophy that holds "I disagree with what you say but defend your right to say it" is certainly at odds with the "Punch a Nazi" sentiment, but the tolerant response is more popular. At least among #Libertarians. Maybe not on the extreme left and right.

This is the same complaint I have about #Libertarians Yes, it's a fantastic idea, everyone should do it, but don't act as annoying as a vegan about the good idea. Just tell people the benefits and leave it at that.
No crazy eyes, no weird behavior. Just say, look at me I'm 80 years old and I don't look a day over 40. And just aura farm after that.
