County election office addresses: vt.ncsbe.gov/BOEInfo/ ballots can be delivered by the voter or by a near relative (essentially spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild or in-law. ) 3. If you can’t do either of the above (maybe a college student away out of state or across the state you could Monday, AT A US POST OFFICE send it Priority Mail Express (likely $32). Many post offices close at 4 pm or 4:30 pm. OR send it UPS or FEDEX NEXT DAY AIR. You will need to go into the UPS or FedEx office, or a UPS Store. Many may cut off next day delivery by early afternoon. This will likely be $50 or more.
