Replying to @skytv
@skytv had engineers out today to install Fibre Broadband. Was working when they left, then stopped working a few hours later. Phoned to get help, was on the phone to someone who was no help and told us about how he’d broken up with his girlfriend. So unprofessional and unhelpful

Now told no one can come out to fix until Monday. More than 48 hours without internet because of your engineers not installing it correctly. Not good enough. Was told I couldn’t escalate the call and speak to his manager. Now have an issue with not being able to work from home.
