Excited to continue collaborating with Ryan -- he is a star who exceeded all expectations for the fledgling @OakDOT. Can't wait to apply his expertise to Ride Report.
Transportation leader Ryan Russo joined our Advisory Board to help us accelerate the adoption of bikes and scooters. We've collaborated with Ryan since his time at NYCDOT and Oakland DOT. And we're so grateful to work with him in this new capacity.

Advocates, policymakers, and planners need more ebike data. Please help spread the word 📢!
Own an #ebike? We need your input: Take a 15-25 minute survey and be entered into a drawing to win prizes! Your responses to the survey will be used to create better policies, legislation, and infrastructure for e-bike users:

Great summary of Denver's ebike subsidy white paper in @StreetsblogUSA by @streetsblogkea
Great @MikeSalisbury78 quote noting residents “flooded the application site like Taylor Swift fans flooding Ticketmaster”
Lots of latent demand for a great program.
Denver made headlines last year when it gave more than 4,700 residents a massive discount on e-bikes. Now, new data shows specifically how voucher recipients rode, and why their new rides changed their lives. (HT @ridereport)

our team has been *on the grind*. In the last year, we went from 0 to 51 cities on the Global Micromobility Index, and DC was the 51st <3

Love having DC on Ride Report's Shared Micromobility Index!
The District of Columbia also announced that VeoRide would operate shared electric scooters and bikes in the city, but Helbiz and Bird will not. smartcitiesdive.com/news/dc-…
Nelle is a baller. So lucky to work with them!
I was voted on to the @Go_NABSA board for a 2-year term, and am feeling a sweet combination of eager / honored / nervous / humbled / delighted
So looking forward to putting in the work with this formidable crew
When we first launched the public dashboard, we hadn't anticipated the utility of stakeholders benchmarking their programs. As we got more and more feedback about the benefits of seeing program comparisons, we doubled-down on those features.
Stay tuned for more...
Calling all advocates, researchers, agency staff, and operators. Now you can compare multiple cities on the Micromobility Index, at, the, same, time.
Plus! We added new metrics, new cities, and new regions🎉

ebikes are the electric vehicles that scale, put a smile on your face, and connect you with your community. great coverage of climate innovation in denver, including some @RideReport research⚡️⚡️⚡️ fastcompany.com/90797714/den…
TIL Caltrans funds quick build projects through a program with its own budget separate from active transportation. These are low cost/easier implementation projects (not pilots/temporary) that can help accelerate impact. Love state DOT innovation! #APBP2022
Great opening panel at #APBP2022 with incredible local elected officials working on “big questions”. Favorite point made by council member Jalali: we need to rethink the power structure in transportation agencies because people using transit everyday not represented on boards.
Not sure who's responsible for repaving Ellerbe Creek Trail, @dprplaymore, @CityofDurhamNC Public Works or General Services, but I want to say thank you. I rode on it this morning and it is an absolute dream. Night and day difference vs before. Can't wait to bring my kids on it!
