I wrote in @CoinDesk about a #crypto #policy issue that has been vexing me: "money crypto" and "tech crypto" are two sides of the same coin, but not recognizing these two frames of reference leads to incoherent advocacy, self-inflicted wounds, and bad policy. This should change.
