@KDilanianMSNOW - basically- “For the umpteenth time I reported something that’s not true - and all of my ‘errors’ always go against one party… but kudos to me anyway for issuing a correction after my bosses told me to.”
Ken Dilanian has admitted the "Patel in Russia" scoop isn't real, but, of course, he had to pat himself on the back while doing so, "I want to correct reporting from earlier today. I reported that two sources had told us that FBI director Kash Patel had landed in Russia for a planned trip that had been reported about recently. We've since learned that Patel did not, in fact, land in Russia today and remains in the U.S. ...The timing of any potential trip remains unclear. Again, we regret this error and we are transparent about when we make errors. Back to you."

Oh, “Donald Trump is taking Snap and Medicaid benefits from people all across the country.” Pritzker Yep! He is removing benefits from people who are NOT eligible! Pritzker mischaracterizes to the point that what he’s saying is a lie. Horrible man, horrible person.

If you want to know why America is polarized, it’s the fault of the media. Yesterday, the Free Beacon, a conservative outlet, caught Abdul Sayed in a lie when Abdul denied his family had a connection to the Muslim Brotherhood. The FB showed a tweet by his own sister saying their mother belonged to the MB. The revelation that Abdul lied about his family ties to a radical Islamic terrorist group was ignored by NBC, ABC, CBS’s nightly news shows. The NYT and WP haven’t covered it. This should be a screaming front page story. Instead, the MSM runs cover for Abdul. The American people just want to know the truth about their politicians. Instead, the media are helping Abdul cover up the truth. Abdul has a lot to hide. It’s a tragedy the MSM is part of the team helping him hide it.

@NancyRomm I just finished To the Bridge: A True Story of Motherhood and Murder. What a beautifully documented, written and thoughtful book. It’s some years old, but so timely considering the Clancy case. I have so many thoughts about this, having worked on both sides of the DV murder litigation. Your book is poweerful.

Well you’re very humane with treatment. No question, zero, that Jason was terribly abusive, evil, perhaps. Not to mention his family. Mandy? You were clear to present the facts, but not take a side, which made your rendering so well done. To me notwithstanding the above abuse, she seemed to ask for much of what she got. Unlike Clancy she did not jump.

Update: @FDRLST’s @briannalyman2 asked CBS NY for comment. They confirmed having the full text exchange and choosing to leave “our body our choice” out of the story. (This means NYT likely got the same info from Jane Doe’s camp and made the same choice.) thefederalist.com/2026/10/09…

ANOTHER CORNELL SEVEN DROP 🚨 Defendant Winston Lee’s attorney, Teny Rose Geragos, is going after NY AG Letitia James AND Gov. Kathy Hochul. In a new filing, the defense alleges the two turned the criminal investigation into a “public political stunt” ahead of the election. Geragos wants James REMOVED, grand jurors questioned about potential bias, and communications between Hochul's and James's offices exposed. Full breakdown coming soon via @LAmag.

Wow. Read the article. (Link below.) What a stunning set of mistakes by ABC News. They confused the total size of an investment round in Anduril with a small level of secondary participation in that round by the venture capital fund in which Donald Trump Jr. is a partner (1789 Capital). Further, they created a false quid pro quo narrative that somehow that investment by 1789 Capital has directly resulted in DoW contracts for Anduril. Anduril has been around since 2017 and is a global leader in defense autonomous systems. It has been receiving significant defense contracts under both the Biden and Trump Administrations for quite some time now. As a Silicon Valley VC attorney myself, I assure you that the only way to make such mistakes is deliberate sloppiness through a prism of TDS hate. The facts here could have been easily checked both through public securities law filings and by just asking Anduril! A rational reporter with rational editors would never have made such grievous errors. Were they intentional errors? Perhaps. There is a reason I call them "journovermin."

Most nations, historically, would have annihilated Gaza after 10/7 - slaughtered every fighting man, destroyed every base of support for them, and pointed the broken survivors west to try to find mercy in Egypt. Today, we are expected to take media from the literal terror state which launched the war at face value, and blame the VICTIMS for a response which killed 2% of the aggressor's population. It almost cannot be over-stated how absurd this is. Prey morality, socialism, and similar philosophies are cancers based upon the exploitation of empathy - which spread through society like gray-green mold through bread, and occasionally must be cut out in the same way.
OCTOBER 7, 2023: SHE KNEW SHE WAS GOING TO DIE. Libi Cohen-Meguri, a 22-year-old infantry officer, went to the Nova music festival. She was shot while fleeing the party. At 8:11 a.m., she called her parents and said: “I’ve been shot in the stomach, I’ve been shot in the arm, I’m losing blood. I’m going to die.” Calmly, quietly, she understood; these were the last minutes of her life. She asked her parents to call Tomer, her twin brother, and Maya, her little sister, and said: “I’m going to die. I just want you to listen to me. I love you, Yariv. You’re the best father I could have asked for. Mom, stop screaming. Just listen to me. You are the best mother we could have ever had. Don’t forget to be a good mother to Tomer and Maya after I die. Tomer, how lucky we were to live this life together. I love you. My Maya, never forget—you are the treasure of my life.” When she finished speaking, her parents told her to get out of the car, lie down on the road, and pretend to be dead. With her last bit of strength, she got out of the car and laid down on the road. “Mom, they’re coming to shoot me again,” Libi said after lying down. While her mother listened on the phone, shouts in Arabic could be heard, and then a barrage of gunfire. It didn’t stop. It kept going, until the call was disconnected. And that’s how Libi died—with demonic beasts from the pit of hell standing over her and emptying a full magazine into her body. Libi died with LOVE on her lips: love for life, love for her family, and love for her people. Her memory will forever be a blessing. NEVER FORGET. NEVER FORGIVE. NEVER AGAIN IS NOW. Israel is hunting down every single Palestinian and Hamas terrorist who participated in the October 7th Massacre—to kill them all. They’re living on “borrowed time,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said. Sooner or later, every one of these monsters will be found and eliminated.

I do a decent amount of surveying...both silly but very large-N polls on here, and in my job. It is - trust me - a VERY bad idea for the right wing to campaign against studying, for the idea of "Heritage Americanism" and caste, and with many sly nods to the idea Hitler got a lot right. The Democrats were driven mad for years - "Men are women;" "Defund the police" - by anon radicals on X, many not...from here. We should avoid the same fate.

🚨EXCLUSIVE: Two United Airlines pilots deadheading on a flight operated by Ibrahim Mossallam after his return from a leave of absence reportedly gave up their first-class seats and spent the entire flight in the cockpit instead. Why? According to sources familiar with the incident, they did not trust him and wanted to keep a close eye on him throughout the flight. Sources also say United wanted to terminate Mossallam’s employment, but the pilots’ union blocked the move.

I am heartbroken and deeply saddened by this news. My deepest condolences are with the victim’s family and loved ones. 💔 To my Japanese friends and to the Okinawan community that has meant so much to me over the years, my heart is with you. You deserved better than this.
We are aware that a US service member is in custody following the death of a Japanese national in Okinawa. We extend our sincere condolences to the victim’s family. As an investigation is underway to determine the facts of the case, the United States is communicating and cooperating with the Government of Japan and local authorities. @IIIMEF

Unlike Xavier Becerra, I am an immigrant. Unlike Xavier Becerra, my father was an immigrant. My stepfather too. My whole family. Unlike Becerra (because I've been out there listening to the people), I know Becerra's policies have destroyed the California Dream. My plans will restore it. - More money in your pocket: Your first $150k tax free, $3.00 gas, $73 registration for your car or truck. - A home you can afford to buy: Cut government fees and regulations on new homes by $150k. - Relief for small business owners: Scrap $800 small business tax, stop FUTA taxes, end unfair competition from street vendors, end PAGA lawsuits. Xavier Becerra offers NOTHING. Because he is a smug, arrogant, machine politician mediocrity who is taking you for granted. Send him a message: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We are voting for CHANGE this year. ✊☀️

Fly Dubai Follow Up After publishing stories depicting the terrorist incident as an outburst from a “rogue” pilot, the WSJ did publish a follow up acknowledging the co-pilot was a consumer of a diet of jihadist videos and it has since come out that he was fired from a previous job for dangerously radical views. They still have not labeled it as a terrorist incident but now the evidence is out and clear and they have published it. I imagine they are still pondering whether Covid came from a wet market or the lab next door that was jammed full of viruses. But this kind of woke narrative journalism that denies obvious truths leads to more dangerous outcomes as it created room for literally thousands of posts saying that the terrorist incident was a “false flag” and could not have happened despite all of the evidence and witnesses in the world. These posts are all over social media. And so you see from this one incident how the obvious nature of the concentration camps were kept from public view for years by mainstream media. There are those who are dedicated to covering up both what happened then and what happens now, and that’s why it’s important that institutional press not repeat the mistakes of the past and not easily whitewash incidents that have deep and dangerous roots but expose them fully when and if they occur.

There's no evidence of bad behavior by Jack Smith, say reporters. But he collected texts from dozens of journalists & Congressmen, and 4,782 cashed checks from donors. Reporters excuse these unprecedented abuses of power because they crave mass prosecution of MAGA Republicans.

Apropos of this latest Cornell rape hoax, one important Trump admin W that gets lost in the shuffle is restoring Constitutional due process rights to college men accused of sexual misconduct. Key among those rights: the right to cross-examine the accuser (through third party representation if necessary).

I'm sickened by this news that my journalistic communications were obtained as part of Jack Smith's egregious misconduct. Proud to have been one of the only journalists who debunked his agency's role in perpetrating the Russia collusion lie against the American people. No amount of censorship or spying will prevent @FDRLST from continuing our fearless investigative journalism.
HOLY CRAP! Senate investigators just confirmed to me Smith's team obtained @MZHemingway comms through NARA.
