western people think they are the main characters of the world, this shows they are ignorant and have never been to southeast asia because they don't understand the humidity and climate we experience

some of u should lowkey stop complaining about "lack of representation" from people on the other side of the world. like if a story is set in china the characters will be chinese idk how else to tell you this

“Oh, but Blasian...”
STFU.
Y’all give the characters African American features and take the entire Asian part out. That is an excuse for whenever people say something about it.

I can't believe this needs to be said again but asians are not white people 2.0 just because some of us have pale skin😭😭😭😭any argument you make about this discourse falls flat the moment you start disregarding asians as poc too okay reiix out
asians are almost always only represented in asian media, and yet asians don't go around editing marvel characters as a "fix" or "improvement"
i honestly don't care about race swapping but this deadass would not have been a problem if people did not go after asian artists (1/6)

1. im hispanic
2. black people have been underepresented & ignored in media thru all of history, making black characters shallow and just "tropes" for the light skinned characters, most times whitewashing is wrong because a black characters race is always vital to their character

I would wipe my ass with the pages of the Quran if it wasn’t so disrespectful to my shit.
Then make your own media??? Start up your own studios and companies??? Like africa and latam is big and not all asian countries are rich but they do have their own media, either make your own or support your people rather than editing and "fixing" other peoples art

I hate it when converts preach about a religion that was forced upon them by the colonisers.
