@sandyleaffarm Christmas gift the ultimate Gin, my first attempt it tastes subtle and smooth. I have called it the Bells of St Clement, hibiscus rose juniper fresh lemon orange and lime peel. I did leave it for a couple of months! Refreshing with ice and tonic
