tay talking about new’s character nong phon, why he has this rich kid aura, and not someone with rugged and rough look like others
: as for new’s character, it’s true that he’s portrayed as someone from the city. but actually, his character’s just an ordinary city person who went to university. he’s someone at age that wants to explore the world and discover his identity. he’s from a middle class family, went to university and is educated, but he wants to go out and work somewhere, like a hotel overseas or sth. like he ran away, and came over on a visa (overstayed). he went w/ this group sth like that (probably got tricked into working in a farm)

When we were filming this, I didn't check how I looked like at all. For the camp scenes, we filmed at an actual building and then moved to a pineapple orchard. It was scorching hot, and being under the sun all day, I just didn't have the energy to even bother checking the monitor. So I had absolutely no idea what my face looked like throughout the shoot. We kept filming without seeing our face until nighttime where we filmed the scene on the bed. It was dark and they had the screen on the camera flipped toward. When they shot New's face, I turned to check, I was like "DAMNN, why I look this ugly?" I was shocked by my own face! I'm not joking! I then told New "Why didn't you tell me earlier that my face had been this ugly?" I mean ugly as in like, I don't mind about being natural, but, you know, imagine when you wear a cap all day long, and when you took it off, your hair is greasy and flatt, I looked like a dog who like... yeah (😭) The problem is, this set has no hairstylist, they wanted everything to look as realistic as possible, it's P'Nuchy's work anyway. It was like, if after taking off the cap your hair come down flat, you should just let it that way. Since in the real orchard pineapple, no one style your hair for you, right? But I never had my hair this greasy before, like, this hair plus that face... (😭) Oh, I forgot to talk about this. It wasn't my bare bare face, they did some makeup to make my face look more worn-out and rough, because I have a tough job, right? I need to clarify about this because I'm afraid any skincare brand will start leaving me. So let me clarify that it was a makeup to make me look more "hardworking" (😭) I'm afraid some brands who were planning to work with me suddenly cancel my name. As for New, let me clarify a little something too since people been wondering why New looks a lil bit different. New actually lived in a big city. He went to university. He's at a age where he wanted to explore as part of his journey toward self-discovery. From a middle-class background who went to university and educated in general. He wanted to work in a hotel abroad and wanted to overstay his visa, which why he's ended up with this group. So yeah, New and Tay will have a different background.

I love that P’Nuchy chose the one on the left for the pilot. It keeps things subtle, but there’s still so much implied through Phon’s body language and the way he looks at Piya. Phon seems all innocent, but he clearly already has his eyes on Piya.
Meanwhile, she posts the photo on the right on IG for the fans to see, just to make us scream, “That’s it! This is what Phon really has in mind when it comes to Piya!!”
This little menace is playing all cute and innocent just to make Piya let his guard down, then lure him straight into his trap.
“You’re gonna be mine. I wanna get laid!”

1. Physical appearance and age, they must be convincing that they can become migrant workers.
2. Acting experience: Roles that are very different from themself, requires dedication.
3. Attitudes, understanding social issues, topic of the series.

DJ Push: I recently saw that Tay and New are playing migrant workers in a series called “Pineapple Leaf Blade.” It looks really interesting. I’ve seen the teaser, and I think they’re such a cute BL couple.
Tay Tawan really looks the part as a migrant worker, too. But New Thitipoom looks well-off, and it seems like he’s after something in this story. His skin isn’t as tanned as Tay’s.
I really like the shower scene, hahaha.
Basically, these two migrant workers have to live together, and there’s a strict schedule for showering and turning off the lights. So they end up having to shower together.
It’s like, “Hurry up and take a shower. Let me shower with you. They’re about to turn off the lights because our time’s almost up.”
So they have to shower together and rush through it before the water runs out, that sort of thing.
