The hacker has already swapped most of the stolen funds on EVM chains for 67,982 $ETH($183M).

This is a blockchain that I originally started development back in 2022, had written a draft whitepaper and done some basic development but knew it would just take too much time, and I was already so busy with the V3 version of the @paint_swap marketplace at the time, and then @EstforKingdom so it was put on the backburner.
Over those 4+ years, I saw blockchain after blockchain fail not only the users but the developers too. With the advancements of AI it opened up a lot more possibilities both in development and the blockchain itself. I decided to pick it back up and show what can be done with a innovative team that cares about creating good quality products and supporting developers.
This is not a fork, it's built from scratch and the most innovative L1 there will ever be, it's a completely new way of thinking. I look forward to sharing more details next week.
MK was instrumental in Estfor Kingdom development securing us some funding from (the then) Fantom Foundation and also helped seed initial $BRUSH treasury in the game which helped us initially spike to 16k daily players on day 1, have a lot of respect for him
Recently @soniclabs published a notice stating that my relationship with the company had been “terminated with immediate effect”. They published this while on the same day asking for my help and saying they hoped I was well.
The notice gives no reason. However, the impression it creates — that I was removed for possible wrongdoing — is false.
My departure was not voluntary. After eight years, a severance and release agreement was negotiated and signed between myself and Sonic Labs and its affiliates. For over two and a half months, Sonic Labs repeatedly promised to honour that agreement. They now refuse. My existing contractor agreement was also not honoured.
That release agreement provides that neither party would publicly disparage the other. What should have remained an internal matter was instead made public by Sonic Labs, causing damage. I am therefore responding.
I worked over eight years at Fantom / Sonic. Very few projects in this industry last that long. I took the project from a scam and made it into something. I almost single-handedly won a $150 million lawsuit in Korea for the company, described at the time as Korea’s largest cryptocurrency dispute. David Richardson, the owner of Fantom and Sonic, wrote: “We really do [owe] much of this to you Michael - you have been tireless and dogged - exceeding even current counsel's efforts. The Foundation owes you much gratitude.” Yet this is how that work is treated in the end. Zero respect.

Crypto can be very noisy, and innovation moves slow, but just reflecting on how much even simple things like stablecoins have come from back when Tether started from just tokenizing USD deposits on bitfinex to make trades a bit simpler, to where we are today with CDP's thanks to Maker, fixed yield with Spark, peg mechanisms thanks to Frax, and Curve, and yield opportunities from delta neutral plays thanks to Ethena. It is really crazy what you can accomplish onchain today. You can combine the peg mechanisms, with defi's equivalent of "risk free rate" in Aave, while leveraging that to take advantage of onchain staking / delta plays. It might not seem like much, but the industry has truly evolved a ton since the first promises of defi were just ideas back in 2016-2017.

An incident report of why @paint_swap dapps went offline on Oct 10th. All our domains were hijacked by the domain provider Njalla due to a false flag. Forced us to transfer all domains.
