Friday the 13th is traditionally a sacred day. A day to celebrate divine feminine energy.
It's not a date to be hated. It just proves that some men fear powerful women and they always have done.

In modern history, unions have been the only effective voice working people have ever had. Workers have fought long and hard, sacrificing personal freedoms, in order to provide fundamental rights and conditions for workers right across this country.

Firefighters are not strangers to the ideals of sacrifice for others. We willingly undergo harsh conditions and hardships to help our fellow citizens. And it is crucial for us to stand up for others in any circumstance.

Its very short sighted watching women standing with Lecce staying that “kids should be in school unequivocally. Yes they should be in school. But not at the expense of gender discrimination, gender pay disparities and the fact that women’s & union rights are being trampled upon.

I wish people could understand that my body is simply not capable of enduring a full day like a healthy person can. My nerves are in chaos and they follow a completely different set of rules; rules that even I don't know. They keep those rules a secret from me too!

On average it takes a woman 7 attempts before successfully fleeing her abuser. This chart explains the cycle of abuse that victims endure. Femicides aren't all 'isolated events' but often the end result of long periods of this cycle.
