So we place an order on @Grubhub and it gets cancelled cause the driver messed up. We call @grubhub to rectify the situation and nothing happens. Customer service is completely unwilling to help us or do anything.

now here is from when I called an Uber and you charged me $250, claiming the driver started the ride. Well either your driver is a real idiot OR your system glitched out considering neither me nor my boyfriend were on that street and you messed up

our destinations. You tried to send both of us to Santa Barbara. WTF? As you'll see, when I called a ride 3 mins later, the pickup is completely different, and oh would you look, the fare was only $8.46 so the explanation that $250 is a base fare is RIDICULOUS@Uber @Uber_Support
