Crazy release from my boy Robin
Had the pleasure of beta testing this site and its genuinely sick.
I like it a lot because its kinda like a really good harness to use the Algrow MCP + your Claude subscription around and the vision/roadmap for the product is amazing
Think Grok Bot for Youtube (Also planning on giving insanely high usage limits for Algrow inside of Relay)
generational run about to begin again, if it all plays out according to God's plan I'll do another one of these end of Q4
anyone building anything in the YT space, would highly recommend watching this
been coding with AI for near 2 years but learnt so much from this video, watched the whole thing and implemented it into my workflow
somehow ended up in me having an all nighter and the most productive work ive done in a while
HUGE updates soon
here's how i shipped 2,500 PRs last month to production
this was originally supposed to be for Cursor Compile in London. i couldn't make it since i was livestreaming for Grok @Bot Galaxy so i'm making it available for free here on X! watch it on 2x speed, i talk slowly
bullish on this guy
really makes ai editing feel somewhat branded in a sense and not just slop graphics
would recommend checking him out
Claude can make videos, BUT...
Try scaling it to 10 channels, with the right visuals, custom motion graphics, and zero babysitting.
That’s where things get interesting.

3 weeks into this AI avatar journey
and i have learnt quite a lot through the way
i have fully built out a dashboard to let me manage my whole content system from one place
sold 5 ebooks (kind of promising)
but i am hungry for more
will defo expand out into more niches outside ai avatar
replying to all questions
very very cool
opens a lot of revenue opportunities for channels

been about 10 more tools that have come out since this video so here’s a quick disclaimer
don’t fall for avatar tools that sell u ‘absurdly’ cheap rates a minute
everyone's in a race to the bottom right now and 99% of these cheap tools are cutting quality somewhere. u're the one who pays for it
e.g. some sites are priced at $0.20/min, $0.30/min etc but video is unusable. u only get something worth posting once ur budget is near $1 a minute. the landing page price means nothing, the price of a video u can actually upload is the only number that matters
where they cut corners:
• shitty image models. cheap open source stuff ur audience clocks its fake in 2 seconds
• bullshit avatars. the whole point is passing an AI persona off as human. outside HeyGen Avatar 4+ most of them look fake as hell and u've lost ur audience's trust from video 1
• no movement. same scene for 20+ seconds to save them money. u save a few cents and kill ur retention
everyone's trying to build the next Bertha. i swear on my life that channel runs at least HeyGen Avatar 4 and gpt image 2.5. scenes change every 3-5 seconds and a good 25-30% of every video is avatar
u're not getting that at $0.20 a minute on most sites (possible locally)
yes, 1% of ppl get top quality for cheap. those are smart mfs who game the system and get gpt image, elevenlabs and heygen for way under retail. they're rare. assume ur not buying from one
also I’m not saying u won’t get views too, but ur nuking ur conversions the more fake it looks
before u pay for any subscription, ask:
• what image model
• how many images in a 15 minute video
• how many of those stills are animated
• how many scenes and how often the shot changes
• what avatar model
• what % is avatar vs video vs stills
• what a postable video actually costs
and make them show u previews of everything. if they wont tell u the models, fair enough, then compare the previews urself. dont get fucked over
u can blow money on proxies, impression tested channels and browser profiles all day. if ur videos are mid u're shooting urself in the foot before the first upload
cut costs. never cut quality to an extent
and no this isnt an ad for headcast. If think it’s too expensive for the quality? dont buy it. I hold no gun to ur head. i'll keep being transparent about every model and every cost so u know exactly what ur paying for
anyways good morning

q3 was an all time high for me in terms of revenue across all businesses, youtube + software
can't share too much but here's the stats of only one channel that boomed during this time
any questions, drop in replies ⬇️
(verified revenue also in replies)

building something internally now to create our motion graphics from scratch and save thousands a month
This is sick!
opus 5.5 was a breakthrough model in motion graphics and I tried it A LOT and one thing I noticed, its only really good for copying but unfortunately when I wanted to make changes, I'd have to re prompt over and over
however managed to get early access to Tesseract, take the outputs and move them into AE/PR, and edit the layers myself which is pretty cool
companies who are building in the motion graphic space can genuinely make so much
