I study, I feel stuck, I see 7 year old me hiding in the corner, I write poem, I cry, I feel free, I study, I feel stuck...
How can I love deeply while remaining fully myself?
hmm
How can I love deeply through remaining fully myself?
How can I love deeply through being fully myself?
How can I love deeply when I'm not being myself?
What stops me from being myself in relationships?
What do I get when I stop being myself?
What do I get when I am fully myself all the time?
What is the worst that can happen if I am fully myself?
What does it mean to be myself?
What would I do every moment if it was only my most authentic expression?
What makes someone a great coach?
What makes someone a great bodyworker?
What makes someone a great friend?
I did a bunch of breathwork earlier this year Jan-March, even did a breathwork certification course. Idk if it was the post groundbreakers high or what but I would have a cessation during every session. It was terrifying and enlightening, haven't done breathwork since.
I'm scared of people falling in love with me...
^ Projection
I'm scared of falling in love with people... and that's okay.
Falling in love is scary especially when it's with everyone around me.
God speaks through me sometimes, other times I'm a bumbling fool.
When I look back at my bafoolery, it was the perfect Buffoonery to learn the exact lesson I needed to learn at that time so that next time god speaks through me again.
Being in my knowing got me a hot-bod, lots of money, and depression
Being confused and lost every step of the way, got me friends that I can't believe, a girlfriend that loves me, and wonder and joy beyong anything... I think the money and hot-bod will come too in due time ;)
lol I need support going through massage school, gonna call my friends more and talk about all the fear of death, illness, and aging that its bringing up so I don't feel alone in it.
Learning pathology is fucking me up. Too much about sickness and death, its bringing up so much gunk in myself D:
Need to metta max before and after patho-day

Someone asked me what I think romantic love is, and this is what I said: I think all of us have a deeply embedded, loving, trance-like state of being where who we really are comes out. You can call it "flow" or "samadhi" if you want to be fancy about it but I just think of it as "childlike." How we were with our families when we were young.
There are different things - "objects" if you have to be psychological about it but let's not - that pull you into this state. That process you. Sometimes it's a beautiful piece of music, sometimes an unforgettable painting, sometimes a memory or just a thing in the world that has special significance to you. When it's a person that pulls you into this absorption, this simple, beautiful, un-self-conscious way of being, we experience romantic love for them.
Love says, you bring out the deepest and truest part of me.
And if we are really careful with that - if we protect it, and nurture the deepest, truest, most fragile parts of each other - then these simple, loving, familiar selves grow and become durable in us. We elaborate them. We make them real in the world. They become structures in ourselves, in each other, in our homes and our work. And those structures pull us more and more, deeper and deeper into the experience of union - with our beloved, with everything, with God.
When kids are born in a place like this, to people like this, into a world that's totally, hopelessly shot through with love, they are healthy and happy and whole, and they go on to create themselves in the world in the same way - through their art and work and relationships and struggles. That's how love perpetuates in the world. That's what God is, in a very real sense.
gf said "I want to do more chill stuff and not inner work all the time" and I just replied "yeah!!"
But inside I got super scared that I was being too much and collapsed for 30 minutes
Then spoke my truth and she is like "LOL, I'm just saying that cuz we had an intense weekend"
