the personal UI I seek next is not a wrapped Claude/codex/chatbot.
It's an app without distrcations, focused on displaying info/news/tweets I need
harnesses are for input - custom apps own the output
having my dot work as orchestrator to my vertical- & project-specific chief of staff agents
