You can pretty much reverse engineer any device in your home and build a mac app around it. Applied to lights, doors, ac and even the future robot helper.

No equity.
No reporting.

Spend it on anything.
It's called the Basis Fellowship.
โข $50,000 cash per fellow
โข Open to anyone: engineers, scientists, operators, builders
โข The application takes about 10 minutes
โข Rolling. Apply anytime
โข Didn't make the cohort? They may still give you $3,000

Elon Musk posted an idea that hit 4 million views:
"Grok @Bot will not only do your purchasing, but also find & negotiate the best deal"
that's literally what Grok Bot does now. SpaceXAI built itself a negotiator called Haggle Bot, published its full prompt and left the page up. then Elon called it a gamechanger in front of 21 million people. the setup costs $0 on top of the sub:
โ create a bot from the Haggle Bot template, name it Haggler
โ before you buy anything big, drop the link in the chat. it shops it around with same-day competitor prices
โ before it writes a word, it shows you the plan: target price, opening number, walk-away point, and its next two moves if the seller refuses, counters or goes silent
โ it opens 5-10% below your target and never more than 25% off their price, so the seller takes it seriously
โ it prices every line itself, because any line left blank gets priced by the seller
โ it drafts the counter in your own inbox. nothing leaves until you tap approve
the part i keep rereading: the prompt has a list of things it must never tell the seller. how soon you need it, how many you'd take, that you've already decided to buy
your laptop stays shut. the price drops anyway
in one run it took a $14,629 order down to $6,143. 58% off, by the company that makes it, using it on itself
six months from now some people will have a bot that fought every price with them. you'll have paid the sticker price every time

In 69 minutes he shows how to build Graphs, and why it's the only thing that will be left standing at the end
Prompts โ Agents โ Loops โ Graphs
a loop keeps one agent working until the job is done
a graph decides which agents exist and what each one hands to the next
anyone can build an agent, almost no one builds the graph that runs them

I got offered a publishing deal by a game publisher for my ARPG Amberbrook.
I don't even know how to code. I built the entire game in 2 weeks with GPT-6 Astra & Claude Opus 5.5 & @threejs on @TesanaAI
The game has had a massive facelift and now has over 12h of gameplay. Level 1-100, with ten unique zones, biomes, bosses, spells and gear.
We live in crazy times.

banger read. i've also been thinking about gambling mechanics recently and here's my take on the chart with dedicated gambling sub-genres:
- gacha: collector's gambling
- gamba: pure gambling
- blackjack: the next hit is the winning hit
- poker: skill-based, luck factored in
same underlying variable reward loop, but very different ways of keeping you in it.

Grok Bot has just killed EVERY backlinks agency
(and 99% of $FVRR SEO freelancers selling backlinks)
this is my reaction after paying $295 for backlinks
and then realized Grok Bot did the same thing the freelancer did at 1/100 of the price
all this while I slept (and it's still working now)
here's the story:
I paid $295 to a random Fiverr dude for backlinks
then built an AI agent that did it for 1/100 of the price (using Grok Bot)
AND that keeps doing it while I sleep (24 hours a day non-stop)
Over the last few days it has:
- Found relevant backlink opportunities
- Created accounts
- Verified emails
- Submitted my business
- Checked whether the links went live
- Reported everything back to Slack
Itโs already built links from DR20, DR40 and DR76 domains.
Is every link amazing? no, thatโs not really the point
the interesting part is that a task I used to pay someone hundreds of dollars to do can now be handed to an agent that never sleeps
and I think this is where people are underestimating AI..
everyone is still using AI to answer questions, Iโm increasingly using it to do work
the real opportunity isn't "write me a blog post"
it's "here's exactly how I perform this task, here's my SOPs, here's the tools you need, go do it and don't stop"
I made a video on the EXACT process - check the first comment below

These guys cracked faceless distribution
they could be making
$20k-$30k/mo easily
if they promoted a health & fitness app.
this format also works insanely well
on tiktok slideshows.
and you can literally make an account like this in 3 simple steps:
1. go to arcads
2. drop in your app + the slideshow format you want to copy
3. arcads now automates the carousels for you
try a few different characters and styles
and start posting on 3-4 accounts daily

I met this guy Tom who built a tiny website widget for tradespeople, electricians, and mechanicsโฆ and now it does $85K/month AUD (~$55K USD).
No fancy tech. No viral TikTok.
Just a button embedded on a plumberโs site that lets customers book without having to call.
He had zero coding experience.
Got a developer friend to help build the MVP in Feb last year, then hired a lead designer, head dev, and front-end dev BEFORE he had a single paying customer.
Funded the whole thing off his old marketing agency (70+ clients still paying for website hosting).
How he got his first customers? Not Twitter. Not UGC. Door-to-door sales.
He and his team walked into music studios, repair shops, electricians - anything with an open door. Showed the widget on an iPhone first (nobody got it), switched to iPads so people could see it embedded on a real branded site, printed brochures, and started closing.
Trades kept saying yes. โNo-bullshit people. Very direct. Donโt like giving money away if it doesnโt pay for itself.โ So he leaned in and built for them.
Growth from Aug last year: $597/month > $63K/month AUD in about a year.
Stack is dead simple: AWS ($150), Slack ($120), Google Workspace ($130), Vapi ($500), Twilio ($4K for SMS), Claude.
His advice: sell before you build.
โIf you can get someone to commit before building the product, youโve probably found something worth pursuing.โ
The takeaway: while everyoneโs fighting for attention online, there are 100 businesses on your street whoโve never heard of Claude and would pay for a simple solution today. You just have to knock.
im honestly very impressed with @claudeai latest model 'opus 5.5'.
not that it was just 'cheaper to use' its way more intelligent as well.
all I did here was simple
I tell claude, hey make me multiple variations for this idea of a app im building and then I simply let it run for a couple hours and bam: (see vid)
these are just 4 out of the 8 variations..
fully workable product btw, every tab is clickable, I've never gave it any direction.
this really is the era of vibecoding.
you can just.. build things.
