It’s great to see all the comparisons between the way Florida conducts elections compared to California. Election integrity with timely results and access to the polls is not a binary choice, Florida proves you can have both. Florida also prioritizes competence at every level of government including our elections. From my team at the @FLSecofState to the 67 county supervisors of elections and the thousands of staff and volunteers we work very hard to make the elections look effortless but I can assure you a lot of blood, sweat and late nights goes in it. There are no perfect elections, but our election code has built in contingencies that when problems arise we can swiftly pivot to have the least amount of impact to the voter. You are only ever as good as the last election so we are already on to the general election in November. 🇺🇸🗳️
