My thesis paper is out in @CircRes! We did a little bit of everything in this one: single-nucleus RNA seq, electron/confocal microscopy, proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics - all in large animals to show how GP130 antagonism improves RV function in pigs. ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/…
