Key diagnostic checkpoints at the bedside:
🔹 RV:LV ratio ≥1.0 (Apical 4-chamber)
🔹 Septal flattening / D-shaped LV in PSAX (pressure/volume overload)
🔹 Reduced TAPSE (< 1.7 cm) & RV free wall S' (< 9.5 cm/s})
🔹 Dilated IVC (> 2.1 cm) with < 50% collapse
Integrate these findings early when managing shock!
