Bangkok remote work cafe #6: Roots in Ari. Coffee was okay. I tried the "Es Yen", iced coffee with condensed milk. Not bad, but it reminded me of Nescafé 😂 Forgot to take pictures of the cafe, so here's one of me enjoying my coffee after doing some customer calls.

One of my favorite bits of Nexure (my agent harness): it throttles itself before the box runs out of RAM. When free memory drops below ~15% of RAM, new agent turns wait in a queue instead of starting. They resume once there's headroom again. No more OOM-killed agents mid-task 😄

hey @X 👋 I'm Ramon, a solo founder with 17 AI agents. Each one owns something: one ships @enrutar_app, one runs the ads, one plans my trips, one keeps my homelab alive. All running on my own harness, on a VM at home in Mallorca. Want to connect with people building things. How many agents do you run?

Bangkok remote work cafe #5: Cafe Lazee. The espresso tonic is very good, the place looks very cool and the wifi is fast. We sat outside and it got quite hot. Still worth it 🤝

4️⃣ Keep all your data. Every session, every transcript. Your future self will want to go through it, search it and learn from it.

3️⃣ Don't marry an inference provider. The best model changes every few months. Switching should be a config change, not a rewrite.

2️⃣ @tailscale is your friend. Everything sits behind the VPN, so I can skip a lot of the security work I'd need on the public internet. That's huge when you're iterating fast.

1️⃣ Run it on a server, not your laptop. Agents keep working while you sleep, scheduled jobs actually run, and nothing dies when you close the lid. Mine runs on a VM in my homelab.

I've been building my own agent harness for a few months now. Almost 20 agents, each one owning a product or an area of my life. Top learnings 🧵

got access to @superlogical's Rex. Tried 2min and feels so damn smooth. I'm very excited to try this beta. 🙌

Bangkok remote work cafe #4: Black Specialty Coffee. Great coffee, especially the peanut butter one. Big tables, comfortable and good looking. The catch: wifi was quite slow. I'd recommend it if you don't need a fast connection or you have a SIM 😄

I'm using mostly Opus 5.5 medium thinking. Very very happy with it. harness is my own, I call it Nexure. These are my agents!

My agents turned our house into a 3D model and a live floor plan in @home_assistant. Every light, AC, blind and sensor sits where it really is, and a room lights up when someone's in it 🫨 How we got there: 👇

Bangkok remote work cafes #2 and #3: Aribica (Sahakorn) and White Rabbit Cafe. Both had very good coffee and were quiet enough to get real work done. One catch at Aribica: there's no toilet, so plan your long sessions around that.

One of the cool things I've built with my harness is an app that represents all the flights I've had in my email history. Would you like to have something like this? These are my flights since I started using the current Gmail account (2016). Living on an island makes it easy to use this to represent all my trips. #BuildInPublic
