Funny thing: Opus didn't want to do it. Sol did. The airline rescheduled my flight, so I asked them to cancel it. My agent has been checking the cancellation for 2 weeks now. Same task, different model, different attitude. Which one would you trust with it?

Goodbye old friend 🫡 I'll always remember @arcinternet for bringing vertical tabs into my life, giving my pages way more space, and making it so easy to switch profiles (and their cookies). Default browser is now @zen_browser. Did you switch too?

Lost a customer today. He paid 16€/month and I'm honestly so happy he left. He was our smallest account by far and the one who complained the most. Always something wrong, never one hint on what we could actually improve. Meanwhile every other customer, all way bigger, uses the app every day without problems. That one account gave me more headaches than all the others together. Sometimes you just have to deal with people like this. Best part: on his way out he told me he's firing his employee, that my app was one of the reasons (not the only one), and that he doesn't know if he'll keep the business going 😂 Ever had a customer like this?

Ubicloud update: $20 after 4 days of usage (Mon-Thu), plus $10 on day one just setting it up. So roughly $100/month to run all my pipelines and make sure everything works, and the homelab server is free again for the agents. I think it's worth it. Would you pay that? 🤝

they made fucking best browser which had all the necessary features and no more and now they sunset it 😢 I guess I'll try @zen_browser and if I don't manage to get used to firefox network tools I'll give Dia a try. xitter.cf/arcinternet/status/211…
We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026. That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community. Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward. We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how: · Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly. · Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact. · Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security. · The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional. Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.

Bangkok remote work cafe #6: Roots in Ari. Coffee was okay. I tried the "Es Yen", iced coffee with condensed milk. Not bad, but it reminded me of Nescafé 😂 Forgot to take pictures of the cafe, so here's one of me enjoying my coffee after doing some customer calls.

One of my favorite bits of Nexure (my agent harness): it throttles itself before the box runs out of RAM. When free memory drops below ~15% of RAM, new agent turns wait in a queue instead of starting. They resume once there's headroom again. No more OOM-killed agents mid-task 😄

just upgraded @superlogical's Rex. such a smooth animation while downloading. requires a click to update and another to relaunch, and everything where I left it 👏

almost completely agree. I still don't want agents to ssh into production. there are things I still wanna do manually. but the rest, all in! xitter.cf/dannypostma/status/211…
we're all becoming project managers and your only goal should be to build a system that outsources as much work and decision making for you as possible terminal 0 should be the goal

hey @X 👋 I'm Ramon, a solo founder with 17 AI agents. Each one owns something: one ships @enrutar_app, one runs the ads, one plans my trips, one keeps my homelab alive. All running on my own harness, on a VM at home in Mallorca. Want to connect with people building things. How many agents do you run?

Bangkok remote work cafe #5: Cafe Lazee. The espresso tonic is very good, the place looks very cool and the wifi is fast. We sat outside and it got quite hot. Still worth it 🤝

I've been building my own agent harness for a few months now. Almost 20 agents, each one owning a product or an area of my life. Top learnings 🧵

6️⃣ Protect your attention. Agents should only ping you when they're blocked. My daily digest sent 13 notifications in one week and I answered 2 😅

7️⃣ Make it work from your phone. Most of the value shows up when you can kick off work from anywhere. What would you add?
