A teenage wrestler is asking the Supreme Court to step in after she says she was forced to compete against a male opponent without being told beforehand.
The application says the girl was 15 when she wrestled for third place at a Washington girls' tournament. She and her mother allege they were not told the opponent was male and claim the opponent penetrated her during the match.
When her mother later asked the district to guarantee her daughter would not have to wrestle a male without penalty, or at least provide advance notice, the family says the district refused.
"No girl should have to choose between playing the sports she loves and her safety," the application argues.
Now the family wants the Court to intervene while the appeal moves forward.

After my STEM career was stolen by an Indian in 2018….Trump’s 1st Term…..here is what has happened since to THREE MORE GENERATIONS OF MY FAMILY:
My network engineer/cybersecurity STEM graduate son in California, displaced by an Indian, ended up having to start his own little business. He has 2 children to support.
My daughter (Master’s in STEM) displaced by an Indian, studied for the realtor’s exam and now lives & sells real estate in Florida. She has 2 children,and her husband is now unable to work due to chronic illness.
Her daughter was recruited by the State of Indiana into the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics & Humanities to finish her junior and senior high school years at Ball State University. She then chose IU Bloomington, where she got a full ride scholarship. She played in the IU Marching 100 band for 4 years and planned to become a doctor at IU Med School. Now guess what her future has turned into… displaced out of her chosen field BY AND FOR A 3RD WORLD FOREIGNER!
And we actually now have idiot Republicans bragging about flying to India to import more Indians…..while other Republicans import other 3rd world foreigners to the United States…. and Republicans are actually endorsing, Indian anchor baby candidates to be a governor of a U.S. State!
THIS INTENTIONAL & TARGETED TREASON AGAINST US HAS DESTROYED THE LIVES, THE AMERICAN DREAMS, THE CAREERS & FUTURES OF AMERICANS…. AND DESTROYED ENTIRE AMERICAN FAMILIES. 3 GENERATIONS OF MY FAMILY DESTROYED IN THE PAST 8 YEARS…

Joe Rogan just said the quiet part out loud... the scientist whose papers get quoted every time someone says “vaccines don’t cause autism” has now pleaded guilty in U.S. federal court.
Poul Thorsen, co-author of the landmark Danish studies used for years as the go-to proof, admitted he ran a multi-year wire fraud scheme and stole more than $1 million in CDC grant money that was supposed to fund Autism and infant disability research.
He forged invoices, diverted the cash to himself, bought a house, cars, and a Harley, then spent over 14 years as a fugitive before being arrested in Germany and extradited. On September 1, 2026, he stood in an Atlanta courtroom and pleaded guilty.
Rogan’s point was simple: the guy they keep citing just got caught stealing the money meant to study the very question.
That should alarm anyone who was told the science was settled. When one of the most-cited names in the “no link” argument turns out to be a convicted thief of the research funds themselves, people have every right to demand a harder look.
The official story never wanted this conversation. Now it’s in court records.

Here’s a healthcare rip-off most people have never heard of: double billing for same day surgery. It took a doctor to know where some of these hidden costs are built into the system and to change that.
As the Administrator of the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Dr. Oz looked under the hood of the healthcare system, found this kind of wasteful billing, and started doing something about it.
Dr. Oz proposed a new fix: pay the most expensive service in full and the overlapping same-day service at half. That way, patients can stop paying full price, twice.

Tawanda Hall missed $900 on her property taxes. The county took her $308,000 home and SOLD IT. Then took the entire $286,000 in profit.
She never expected this could happen over $900. But the government took everything she owed, then everything she had.
“They took my whole house, my whole family’s livelihood.”
John Stossel also points to another case where a county took an entire home over an $8 debt. Nobody should have to fight in court to stop the government from taking their home over eight dollars.
You work, you pay taxes.
You die, you pay taxes.
You buy stuff, you pay taxes.
You invest and make a profit, you pay taxes.
You own a home, you pay taxes.
You stop paying taxes, they take your home and SELL IT!

Quick flying tutorial for those who get nervous flying.
Turbulence is normal, expected, completely safe, and all aircraft are built for it. It’s not in any way, shape, or form, dangerous. It may be uncomfortable but that’s the worst that can happen.
The pilots up front are constantly seeking “smoother rides” which is why we change altitudes fairly frequently looking for the smooth air. We’re talking with ATC, and other carriers, to search out the smooth air.
Also, when we turn on the “seat belt” sign it’s to remind you to stay seated and to make the company attorneys happy. You never know when you might hit an unexpected pocket of rough air.
I’ve flown through some of the worst turbulence you can imagine on a few occasions. What we call “severe.” It’s not fun but it’s not dangerous. Pilots don’t like it either.
But, you are safe. I promise.🫡
