So @runningpunks 2 weeks after surgery and an infected wound, I thought I’d try for a run and managed to get in 5k for #vrc
Pleased with it but it was really warm and strong headwinds but @Badflower helped me through!

I went for a run earlier but didn't take a photo. Then I saw Jimmy's announcement of an official VRC. I had no option but to go full on John Terry for an ad hoc photo. Shinpads just out of shot. Happy impromptu VRC day @runningpunks!✊🏻💜

Bad choice: Wearing black on today’s run.
Good choice: Starting the @UnhappinessPod episode with @brian_goldstone on his new book.
Happy to be back, @runningpunks #vrc.

Over the next 2-3 days the temp is gonna drop by 40°, so time to get out while the gettin’ was good. New patchwork of old segments to weave a new route together for the distance time allowed. Take care of each other @runningpunks Many of us are preparing for a brutal Monday.

I’ve dubbed today’s @runningpunks outing “Miracle On Ice” in honor of the great US Olympic hockey team from 1980 as well as getting through 10k of mostly iced over sidewalks sans fractures. A lot of snow-covered grass & street work😆. Check out the icy railroad tracks. Take care!

Brilliant advice from Boxing Day 2023 this #ThowbackThursday
Thanks @biggytimmkins @runningpunks for your excellent guide to the #CountrysideCode

If you're planning on enjoying the countryside over the festive period, it's essential that you familiarise yourself with the Countryside Code.
Here's a video I made for @NatResWales & @TheCoCodeNE

It was great to be back @runningpunks with the AmeriPunks after missing a couple of Saturdays. (Saturdaze) Lotsa catching up to do with the group of about 10 today. Take care and help each other. See you all soon. ❤️😀

Quick 6km scoot out before work. Was dark, got light! Breaking news, I saw no dogs. Zero dogs. 0DpKm 😭😭 Worst run ever @runningpunks listened to Cro-Mags - The Age of Quarrel

In the age of the reunion and the nostalgia boner, it’s really nice to hear Adam Walton praise my album for its originality and desire to do things differently! As he says, I’d never want “to fall on the same train tracks that are so well travelled by everyone.”

4 years ago today, this @runningpunks running review appeared on my timeline and made me remember what it's all about. Diolch yn fawr iawn to Jimmy, Rhods and all the other running punks I've encountered along the way (in person or virtually).
What a review anyway!😃💜

@Ani_Glass - Mirores.
An album full of beautiful optimism. At times I felt like a mist moving through a city, absorbing the songs of architecture!
10/10 on TripAdvisor.
This is the first in my @welshmusicprize series!
