10.7 cm paravisceral aneurysm. Prior juxtarenal open repair with re-implanted left renal. Pre-stented the renals and then Gore TAMBE. Crossed the renal portals and viabahn for the left renal because of the upward angulation. Thanks to @MitriKhouryMD @HonorHealth @HRInstitute_AZ
