I’ve been following this with a lot of interest, brilliant to see the model being shared elsewhere.
Our #PoliticalPrimary model can defeat the Conservatives where there's a divided progressive majority. 58 seats are suitable.

Made it into the background of @ChrisGPackham’s interview at the #restorenaturenow action outside @DefraGovUK. Great to be there with others from @parents_4future.
Replying to @SkyNews
"Our world will begin to fail and we will be in deep trouble."
Environmentalist @ChrisGPackham tells @KayBurley that 16% of species in the UK are facing extinction and reiterates that "we need a healthy environment that supports us".

Looking forward to sharing how much we’ve learnt about school communities as a way to engage parents on climate - and parents as a key part of school communities - alongside Claire from @P4F_Scotland on Thursday!
Our last seminar of the series is happening this Thurs 8th June 1pm🙌
@rowanryrie from @parents_4future and Claire Larkin from @P4F_scotland will talk on 'Engaging parents as part of school communities'. Don't miss it!!

The lack of media coverage of #thebigone shows how complicit the U.K. media are in enabling the government to restrict our rights to protest.
Protests can be joyful, peaceful, colourful events, but the media chooses only to focus on disruptive actions.

This thread is an important read for anyone concerned about the #RightToProtest
More than ever now in the U.K. we need to #ProtectTheProtest
This link might be a more convenient way to read my (long) thread about how a misleading story about an 'extremist plot' was used to manufacture consent for suppression of protest, & the ensuing effects on non-protesters (& by implication, all of us).

According to @CIVICUSalliance the UK is now the most difficult G7 country for civil society to operate in. This being asked by @loosewomen illustrates the role of the media in incriminating protest.
Enabling protest is not a threat to democracy, it is central to protecting it.

Mother @BhavreenMK from @Warriormomsin in India says the #IPCC #ClimateReport must trigger an urgent phase out of fossil fuels that are damaging children's health now and stealing their futures.

Great to see mothers we work with from Brazil, India and the Solomon Islands quoted in @LouiseB_NY piece on the #IPCC #ClimateReport. As @BhavreenMK from @Warriormomsin says we need "decisive action to protect our planet & the future of our children."

Do book a place while there are spaces if you are struggling to work out how to talk to kids about COP or climate.
