@UPS a package containing my wedding dress was 'discarded' at your warehouse in Aberdeen, MD. No one has been able to explain why this happened, why we were not informed and why YOUR protocol for damaged goods was not followed. My dress may be gone forever but I want answers!!

@UPS a very important package from my wedding (including my wife's wedding dress, polaroid pictures, etc. that are irreplaceable) was 'lost' or 'discarded' at the UPS Facility in Aberdeen, MD. I have received no answers as to what happened to my package that is 'in transit'

@UPS team at your Aberdeen, MD facility claims to have 'never seen anything' per text from the manager. I want answers as to what happened to my package and to my wife's wedding dress. If impossible to retrieve irreplacable memories, I'd at least like to know what happened to it
