All of a sudden Opus 5.5 is consuming less tokens today and is making embarrasing mistakes.

Been testing Krisp AI and it’s become my daily driver for voice AI. Well done, Krisp team.
1/ Voice agents handle noise now. They still break when someone else in the room starts talking. Traffic, keyboards, AC hum: solved. A second voice near the mic: wrong speaker transcribed, wrong turn taken.

DeepSeek is ridiculously cheap lol. 618.9 million tokens across 4,825 API requests, and the total cost is $5.44.

5 hours after @thsottiaux reset the limits. I’m on Pro $100 and my usage has been on the same regular pattern. That’s so weird. Something changed in the usage limits. Anyone else feeling a difference in usage limits?

Long-time Claude user here. I just subscribed to ChatGPT Pro to give it a proper try. First thing I noticed: Sol takes MUCH longer than Fable to finish the same kind of task. For those who use both, does the better output justify the extra wait?

After 20+ years in digital marketing, I’m going back to school. I got accepted into a doctoral program in AI and Machine Learning (DBA) at Walsh College, starting this fall. I’ve done a lot in those years. Leading teams, training people, managing big budgets, building an agency ..etc. And the last couple of years I went deep into AI, building agents and workflows that handle real work. But all of that came from doing. Now I want the research side too. A doctoral degree with a dissertation at the end, and mine will be on applied AI in marketing, cuz that’s my day job anyway. 3 years while working full time.. wish me luck.

Real question for the founders here. When you hire a marketing lead, do you care if they can build with AI? Not just chat with it, but BUILD. Spin up an agent, wire it into the tools, run the job from A to Z. I ask because I meet a lot of marketers who have never automated anything, and the title on the CV says head of marketing. What would you accept?

In 1997 Deep Blue beat Kasparov and every tech magazine started writing about computers taking over the world and controlling us. That didn’t happen. Chess engines became a training tool and today every pro player prepares with one. Now with GenAI people are saying the same thing again. AI will replace us, AI will control us, blah blah blah. I build with LLMs every day and I don’t see a takeover. I see models that hallucinate, that need a second agent reviewing the first agent’s work, and that do nothing useful unless somebody writes the workflow first.. and those workflows come from experience. I think the same thing happens here. The panic fades and the tool stays. Even Kasparov moved on after he lost, he spent the next years promoting a version of chess where a human and an engine play together.

The real friction with AI building tools was the token math in your head. Free Mode removes most of it, you can create for long stretches without thinking about token costs. The app in the image is one I built on Replit from a plain english prompt. @Replit #ReplitPartner
Replit Free Mode, powered by @OpenAI GPT-5.6 Luna. Let’s make intelligence accessible to everyone.

This is amazing!
Introducing VIVA 2.5, with our most advanced models yet. @krispHQ's Voice Isolation has been running in production for 2 years, across 1B+ mins of voice AI conversations a month, improving WER by focusing on primary speaker only. As more teams ran voice isolation in front of their STT, we started seeing a subtle problem: on the hardest segments with most multi-speaker overlap, the model was removing too much signal which was resulting in WER degradation. Voice Isolation 2.5 fixes that. Across 10 STT engines from 7 vendors we saw: – 46.4% fewer word errors – 69.7% fewer on background speech, the hardest case there is – No harm on clean audio. An important update from previous VI 2.1 model – A 3.5x smaller version, comparable results Full details: krisp.ai/developers/viva/

Today we’ve raised $52M Seed and we are announcing the public launch of S2.1 Pro. >It can clone a voice from 5 seconds of audio >2x faster than Cartesia & 1/6th the cost of Eleven Labs >most expressive model with word level control over emotion, intonation, pacing etc We support frontier AI companies including HeyGen, LiveKit, Retell, Sanas, and OpenArt all run our model in production. If you're a business and we can't cut your voice AI costs by 50%, we'll give you 1 year of Fish Audio for free. Book a demo: s.fish.audio/tmapke To celebrate our first birthday, we'll give you 1 month of S2.1 Pro for free. Like, retweet, and comment “Fish” to get it.

Only thing stopping me from switching to Grok is the context window. @elonmusk when are we getting 1M?
Grok 4.5 context window will upgrade to 1M probably by next week

Is this still happening? @elonmusk

SpaceXAI’s Grok 4.5 scores 54 to place fourth on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index following only Fable 5, GPT-5.5, and Opus 4.8. It scores on par with GPT-5.5 in Codex on the Artificial Analysis Coding Agent Index in the Grok Build harness, at much lower cost Grok 4.5 improves 16 points over Grok 4.3 on the Intelligence Index, bringing SpaceXAI to the intelligence frontier behind only OpenAI and Anthropic, and outperforming all open weights models and notably Google’s Gemini models. Key standout areas of performance are agentic knowledge work and coding. Grok 4.5 in Grok Build scores 76 on the Artificial Analysis Coding Agent Index, on par with GPT-5.5 (xhigh) in Codex and just below Fable 5 (max) in Claude Code, and at a small fraction of the token usage and price. Congratulations to @spacexai, @cursor_ai, and @elonmusk on the impressive release! Key Takeaways: ➤ Grok 4.5 performs very strongly on agentic tasks. Grok 4.5 ranks #4 on GDPval-AA v2 with an Elo of 1543, between Claude Opus 4.8 (1600) and GLM-5.2 (1513). It achieves the top score on 𝜏³-Banking of 33%, above 31% from GPT-5.5 (xhigh), and sits on the cost vs performance Pareto frontier across all three agentic evaluations in the Intelligence Index ➤ Grok 4.5 is one of the most cost efficient models to run for near-frontier intelligence. It costs $0.31 per task on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index and $2.59 per task on the Artificial Analysis Coding Agent Index within Grok Build ➤ Low cost for Grok 4.5 is driven by both low pricing and token efficiency. Grok 4.5 has a headline price over 60% lower than Claude Opus 4.8 and GPT-5.5, and used ~14k output tokens per Intelligence Index Task - over 60% lower than Opus 4.8. On the Coding Agent Index, Grok 4.5 stands out on the Pareto frontier of Coding Agent Index score vs. Total Tokens, using only 1.9M tokens for the Coding Agent Index while scoring 76 ➤ As a coding agent, Grok 4.5 in Grok Build is on par with GPT-5.5 and offers efficiency benefits: In our Artificial Intelligence Coding Agent Index that consists of DeepSWE, Terminal-Bench v2, and SWE-Atlas QnA, Grok 4.5 in Grok Build ranks third, on par with GPT-5.5 (Codex) and below Fable 5 (Claude Code). It is also very efficient in achieving this result: Grok 4.5 in Grok Build cost $2.49 per task while Fable 5 in Claude Code cost $11.80 and GPT-5.5 in Codex $5.07. This is driven by relatively low token pricing and the model using far fewer tokens than comparable models (1.9M average tokens used per task), significantly less than Fable 5 in Claude Code (7.2M) and GPT-5.5 in Codex (6.2M) Other model details: ➤ Context window of 500k tokens - a reduction from Grok 4.3’s 1M token context, but retaining configurable reasoning and vision input ➤ Pricing of $2/$6 per 1M tokens of input/output; cache hits are discounted by 75% to $0.5 per 1M tokens, and costs still double with long (>200k token) inputs ➤ As Elon Musk has disclosed, Grok 4.5 is 3x larger than its predecessor at 1.5T parameters

Will I risk getting banned by Anthropic if I use Hermes agent to run Claude Code for me? Is it allowed? @NousResearch
