आज NCLAT में सुनवाई के दौरान जनवरी 2027 से निर्माण शुरू करने की बात सामने आई। लेकिन “ड्यू डिलिजेंस पूरी होने के बाद” वाली शर्त इसे फिर एक सशर्त समयसीमा बनाती है। यानी अब निर्माण शुरू करने की नई तारीख 16 जनवरी 2027 दी गई है।
पहले भी 1 मई 2025 → 31 जुलाई 2026 → 1 अक्टूबर 2026 जैसी समयसीमाएं आईं और बदलती रहीं, लेकिन निर्माण शुरू नहीं हुआ। अब हमारी माँग है ACC/@OfficialNBCC जनवरी 2027 में काम शुरू करने के लिए कोर्ट में बिना शर्त के शपथपत्र दें, नहीं तो जनवरी में ये फिर नई तारीख दे देंगे।
साथ ही करीब 25,000 परिवार वर्षों से अपने घरों में रह रहे हैं, लेकिन उनकी रजिस्ट्री अब तक नहीं हुई है। उनकी रजिस्ट्री के लिए भी निश्चित समयसीमा तय हो।
NEFOWA की 3 प्रमुख मांगें:
1️⃣ कोर्ट के आदेशों का जल्द से जल्द पालन हो।
2️⃣ NBCC बिना किसी और देरी के निर्माण कार्य शुरू करे।
3️⃣ जिन घरों की रजिस्ट्री लंबित है, उनकी रजिस्ट्री के लिए तत्काल ठोस कदम और निश्चित समयसीमा तय हो।
अब न नई तारीख चाहिए, न सशर्त आश्वासन—जमीन पर निर्माण, घरों की रजिस्ट्री और जवाबदेही चाहिए।
