🧩 Apparently, if you're not a permanent Algorand moonboy, you're a FUDder now.
So just to make things clear:
I still hold $ALGO. I tweet about the tech, the adoption, the good news and the things Algorand does better than most chains.
But I also criticize what I think deserves criticism. Sometimes seriously, sometimes with humor. And sometimes I ask uncomfortable questions just to open a debate.
That's not FUD.
When you've been invested in something for 6+ years, watched it lose ~95% from its ATH, and seen questionable decisions, investments and money lost along the way, I think you have every right to ask questions.
Especially when the Foundation still relies on selling ALGO to fund its operations, salaries, marketing, ecosystem development, etc.
You can believe Algorand has some of the best tech in crypto and still question how the Foundation operates.
Those two things aren't mutually exclusive.
I don't want to be a moonboy or a FUDder.
I just want to be factual.
🧩 Imagine when the Algorand Foundation will actually stop being one of the main reasons why the price isn't going up.
I mean, they sell Millions worth of $ALGO every quarter.
When/if the new CEO, William, manages to create real revenue that covers all the Foundation's needs to operate, we will finally be working hand in hand to build, grow Algorand, and drive $ALGO up.
It will bring more retail, more builders, and a lot more money to actually develop things and be taken seriously by the big players.
And not be left out every time there's a major crypto meeting at the White House or with the big players
🧩 algorand:native - 1W
A big potential W is forming.
W = bullish.
As you can see, there are a few walls to break:
-1st: Price range, green line
-2nd: 50 EMA, yellow line
-3rd: That big grey area, the supply zone
algorand:native needs to break through these levels to reverse the downtrend.
We need some hype like ethereum:0xfaba6f8e4a5e8ab82f62fe7c39859fa577269be3 just had with the BlackRock partnership to help drive the price up and absorb the millions of algorand:native in monthly selling pressure coming from the Foundation

🧩 Genuine question.
Do you find this response a bit disproportionate?
Mohita has been Algorand Foundation’s India Project Lead since 2022.
4+ years.
So yeah, I can understand being a bit defensive when someone questions something you’ve been working on for years.
But at the same time... aren’t these questions fair?
Andrew says around $4.5M-$5.5M has been invested in AlgoBharat. I have no idea if that number is accurate, but definitely big amounts.
As investors, and simply as people watching from the outside, I think it’s pretty normal to ask: what did Algorand actually get from that investment?
How much was invested? What did it generate? What is still active today? What can we actually track on-chain?
That’s not saying AlgoBharat is a failure.
It’s literally asking whether it has been a good investment or not.
And I don’t think asking that should trigger this kind of response
🧩 William, Algorand’s new CEO, is answering direct questions on Reddit.
In at least 3 of his answers, he’s made one thing very clear: self-sustainability is the priority.
Yeah, that might sound basic: "A business needs to make money."
But after 6 years of the Foundation relying heavily on selling $ALGO to fund operations, while having a whole business department paid every month with very few tangible revenue-generating results to show for it, this matters.
Reading William say, again and again, that his first focus is making Algorand self-sustainable and reducing that dependency on selling $ALGO makes me f*cking happy.
Now let’s see the execution.
🧩 Every time I ask a legit question to someone working at Algorand, I get no answer. Ever.
Well, to be fair, there was John. He actually answered. Almost every time.
Sadly, he left.
But then again... John was John.
We miss him.
🧩 Indeed, we are early. $ALGO
🧩 Hear that @Algorand ?
One of the focus for the coming months.
🧩 @Algo_Bharat launched in Q1 2023.
The Q1 2026 report now shows 140k+ on-chain transactions from SEWA and 1,000+ microentrepreneurs onboarded through Mann Deshi.
This is exactly the kind of adoption @Algorand should make visible and trackable.
Give us a way to follow the on-chain activity of these 1,000 entrepreneurs, and the new ones coming in. Transactions, active wallets, growth over time.
Not to “justify” AlgoBharat’s work, but to demonstrate that Algorand is actually being used at scale in the real world.
If @AlgoFoundation sees AlgoBharat as a valuable long-term investment, then leverage it to its full potential. Make the activity visible, measurable and easy to share.
Real adoption is Algorand’s best marketing.
Show it on-chain.
🧩 Hey @FolksFinance, you have been very quiet lately.
Only 1 tweet in September, 2 in August.
What's up?

$ALGO has been dead for years.
Now we’ve got a monthly bullish divergence and a clean reaction from macro support.
Wouldn’t ignore this one.
🧩 Hey @AmarOdedra, where is your @Algorand picto next to your name?
Still working at the foundation as CCO?
If so, anything you can share or hint at for algorand:native holders about any new deals coming?
🧩 With the arrival of the new CEO, William, they’ve drastically cleaned up the team page.
Only 18 names left.
From 60+ a couple of months ago, to ~29 after laying off 25% of the staff, and now just 18 😮
Any new layoffs?
Or are they simply hiding names to avoid FUD around having too many salaries? #SellWall
