As much as people like putting the boot in on Flash right now, since WebGL took off no one seems bothered to progress canvas2D, leaving a gaping hole in simple functionality... fast flood fill, colormapping, pixel manipulation... basic stuff that's hard to achieve

I hate how Google Sheets scrolls. Why does it always jump by a full cell. If you have extra wide or high cells, this is very jarring.

I prefer #javascript function declarations over function expressions and arrow functions. Function declaration benefits: 1. Hoisted, so order doesn't matter 2. Visually different than variables, so easy to scan the file 3. Can export default on the same line it's declared on

Best part of personal projects is that you get to re-invent the wheel as much as you want. I'm currently riding a tricycle with 7 wheels and 12 more spare wheels in the trunk (which is also made of wheels)

Anybody know of something like "concurrently" but splitting the output into two panels in one shell. Essentially I have some tools that keep overriding the output and some don't. Would be nice to have them run in separate panels in one shell.
