Flying with BA out of Gatwick today for the first time in three years. My God, the Club Lounge is really nice. Puts LHR to shame!

Never seen anything like it! Police had to be called to the bus. People can really lose their heads when they’re flying.

On BA179 tonight. Eight pax were offloaded for bad behaviour on the bus to the aircraft. After being offloaded, they proceeded to fight each other on the return bus. Thanks to the captain for not taking a load of idiots with us over the Atlantic. Crackers behaviour.
