A baby girl was killed in her stroller today by a Russian drone strike in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv Region. Her name was Anhelina. Her mother died as well.
An absolutely barbaric strike on a park full of families with children.

Russians killed an infant and two women in a park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv region.
At least 14 people were injured in the Russian drone attack, including 7 children. Many people, including families with children, were in the park at the time of the attack.

I held a coordination call on the situation in Ukraine's regions following another wave of Russian attacks. Unfortunately, 28 substations and other critical energy facilities were hit. Restoration work is underway everywhere, and electricity is gradually being restored to people. I am grateful to every repair crew and everyone working for energy companies.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine reported on preparing infrastructure for the heating season. We outlined in detail the key areas requiring attention from government agencies and energy companies, as well as regional and local authorities. Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Presidential Office team have been given urgent tasks regarding contacts with partners who can swiftly strengthen our air defense. There are political agreements that have not been implemented at the working level. There are also delays in certain types of vital supplies at the level of the U.S. Department of War. This evening, we will hold an additional meeting to review the results of all the contacts that must take place throughout the day. I expect concrete results.
Together with the Minister of Defense, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the Commander of the Air Force, we set additional production capacity for turrets, which have proven highly effective against “shaheds.” We are increasing orders, and it is important to accelerate every process as much as possible – organizational, financial, and production-related. Instructions have been given to engage with the Baltic states on support for our logistics. I expect a report from Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on this.
There was also a separate report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on information received from units using Starlink/Starshield services. Unfortunately, we have established that the equipment stops functioning at speeds of 130–161 kilometers per hour in various sectors of the front. This is slowing down our frontline logistics and limiting the use of various types of drones, particularly mid-strike drones and interceptors of jet-powered “shaheds.” This must be raised again with our partners at every level today – speed matters when it comes to protecting lives. A horrific Russian strike in the Kharkiv region. A “shahed” struck people directly – in a park near an ordinary café. Pure atrocity. Six people were killed, including children. A little girl was killed in a stroller – her name was Angelina, she was just over a year old, born in August 2025… Her mother’s name was Inna. She died in the hospital… Another girl who was killed was 11 years old. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 14 people were injured, including six more children.
I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine under these circumstances and helps us shoot down “shaheds,” shoot down missiles, and stop Russian assaults. These are horrific photos, but behind them are shattered lives and the truth about this war. Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense. You can't think about making money with Russia as long as it continues its asinine war. We ask that sanctions on Russia stay in place as long as the killings continue. We ask America to be strong, and we ask it to apply the Lindsey Graham law. We ask Europe to continue its support. We ask that everything possible be done to bring peace and guarantee security. Ukraine wants peace. It is Russia that has insisted on continuing the killing all this time. The world has enough strength to stop the war. That strength must finally be used – against the murderers.

Дівчинка вбита у візочку. Її звали Ангеліна, їй було трохи більше року, вона народилась у серпні 2025 року… Її маму звали Інна, вона померла у лікарні… Іншій убитій дівчинці було 11 років. Мої співчуття рідним та близьким. Ще 14 людей поранені, і серед них ще шестеро дітей.
Я вдячний усім, хто підтримує Україну у таких умовах і допомагає нам збивати «шахеди», збивати ракети, зупиняти російські штурми. Це страшні фото, але за ними – зламані життя і правда про цю війну. Потрібен захист життя. Потрібна ППО для України. Не можна думати про гроші з Росією, поки вона продовжує свою тупу війну. Ми просимо НЕ знімати санкції з Росії, поки вбивства не припинились. Ми просимо Америку бути сильною, просимо застосувати закон Ліндсі Грема. Ми просимо Європу продовжувати підтримку. Ми просимо робити все можливе, щоб мир настав і щоб безпека була гарантована. The Pentagon is delaying the delivery of Patriot missiles to Ukraine—missiles that have already been paid for by allies, reports *The Kyiv Independent*.
A shipment of missiles, fully funded by Ukraine’s allies (including through NATO mechanisms), is awaiting Hegseth’s signature; however, the Pentagon chief is deliberately blocking the process.
The Ukrainian leadership views this decision as another form of political pressure from Washington.
