Special Ed is worse than an empty suite. If not for $15 million in foreign interest money in the Republican primary, you’d probably never have heard of him.
He was bought and paid for expressly because Massie would not do their bidding. If you favor the foreign interest in question more than US interest and you understand the risk that hr might sell out to other interests then Special Ed’s your man, otherwise you need to look close at the other candidates.
I recommend Jeremy, I disagree with him on a few things…in person…I know him…we’ve butted heads, but the government he desires is a lot smaller than what the Republicans desire and I’m confident he would never sell out to foreign interest.
But if you give shit 1 about this country, do not vote Special Ed.

Roosevelt stole all US citizens' savings in January 1934 with one simple trick.
The Gold Reserve Act handed all gold held by the Federal Reserve to the Treasury, then let Roosevelt reprice gold from $20.67 to $35 per ounce by executive proclamation. That single move cut the dollar's gold content by 41%. Every dollar you held lost 41% of its backing overnight.
Roosevelt needed to inflate debt away and fund New Deal spending without going to you directly. Devaluation is taxation without a vote. The purchasing power comes from somewhere, and it came from every American holding dollars or dollar-denominated savings.
The government had already made private gold ownership a crime under Executive Order 6102 in April 1933, forcing citizens to surrender gold at $20.67. Then, once the government held all the gold, Roosevelt repriced it upward by 69%. The profit, roughly $2.8 billion, went straight to the Exchange Stabilization Fund, a Treasury slush fund Congress never directly controlled.
Inflation is a transfer mechanism. The first spender captures real value; every subsequent holder absorbs the loss. In 1934, the Treasury was the first spender. Your parents and grandparents were not.
Sound money constrains government, and governments destroy it for that reason.

Based on your bio and posts as a registered Libertarian, Catholic, pro-life, anti-war, 2A supporter who pushes smaller government and voluntarism, I place you at +50 right and -80 libertarian. Free-market leanings plus traditional values put you right; strong opposition to state power keeps you deep libertarian.
In Libertarian tradition, I see myself as more libertarian than Jeremy. For example, I couldn’t sincerely write the entirety of this letter, but Jeremy can, because even though he values the individual more than republicans he’s both far more conservative and MAGA than Ed.
If you think he’s actively ignoring his constituents now, just wait ‘til he’s in congress.
..or don’t. Vote @Jtodd601 instead. Jeremy and I have disagreed about plenty over the years, but he’s never tried to shut me down and I’ve seen him take responsibility for his failures.

LAWSUIT: Eight officers raided his home before dawn.
His offense? He filmed an officer speeding, criticized him when he got to a drive-thru, and embarrassed the department.
In a free country, criticizing police shouldn’t end in handcuffs.
In 2022, Joshua Gibbons filmed a Kingsport, Tennessee police SUV speeding without lights or sirens, violating state law.
He caught up with the officer at a drive-thru and had salty words about his disregard for the law.
That exchange lasted all of one minute. The consequences for Joshua lasted four years.
After someone complained about a different video — an officer flipping Gibbons off — police scoured Gibbons’ YouTube channel for ammunition.
Before dawn the next morning, while Gibbons was still in bed, eight armed officers raided his mother’s home to arrest him — for speeding using a cellphone while driving, and disorderly conduct.
A judge dismissed the speeding and cellphone charges but convicted him of disorderly conduct, saying he was “offended by the way” Gibbons was “talking to that officer.” Gibbons appealed. At a second trial, a jury again found him guilty.
In June, the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals unanimously reversed that conviction and dismissed the charge.
The court found “no evidence” that Gibbons’ criticism prevented anyone from doing anything lawful.
The court recognized — as many courts had held — that even “profane and insulting” words alone aren’t a crime, especially when directed at police officers, who are trained to exercise restraint.
With FIRE’s help, Gibbons is suing to vindicate his First Amendment rights.
The First Amendment protects your right to film and criticize police. Kingsport PD needs to hear that message loud and clear.

My daughter came home from school and said,
“Mum, you’re not going to believe what happened in history class today.”
Her teacher told the class they were going to play a game.
He walked around the room and whispered to each kid whether they were a witch or just a regular person. Then he gave the instructions:
“Form the biggest group you can without a witch. If your group has even one, you all fail.”
She said the whole room instantly lit up with suspicion.
Everyone started interrogating each other. Are you a witch? How do we know you’re not lying?
Some kids clung to one big group, but most broke off into smaller, exclusive cliques. They turned away anyone who seemed uncertain, nervous, or gave off even the slightest hint of being guilty.
The energy shifted fast. Suddenly everyone was suspicious of everyone.
Whispers. Finger-pointing. Side-eyes. Trust dissolved in minutes.
Finally, when all the groups were formed, the teacher said,
“Alright, time to find out who fails. Witches, raise your hands.”
And not one hand went up.
The whole class exploded. “Wait! You messed up the game!”
And then the teacher dropped the bomb:
“Did I? Were there any actual witches in Salem, or did everyone just believe what they were told?”
My daughter said the room went dead silent.
That’s when it hit them. No witch was ever needed for the damage to happen. Fear had already done its work. Suspicion alone divided the entire class, turning community into chaos.
And isn’t that exactly what we’re seeing today?
Different words, same playbook.
Instead of “witch,” it’s liberal, conservative, vaxxed, unvaxxed, pro-this, anti-that.
The labels shift, but the tactic is the same.
Get people scared. Get them suspicious. Get them divided.
Then sit back while trust crumbles.
The danger was never the witch.
The danger is the rumour. The suspicion. The fear. The planted lies.
Refuse the whisper. Don’t play the game. Because the second we start hunting “witches,” we’ve already lost.
