Once you’ve watched it let me know what you think.
I saw a thing from @DanielPriestley this morning that was interesting for it’s honesty.
4M - 5M views = 100 - 200 sales.
Most people don’t get those numbers. And will never get those numbers.
So most people should be playing a different game surely?
Why is nobody is talking about the operating model required to make AI do something useful in a real organisation.
Buying better tools won’t transform software delivery.
Changing how work flows through your organisation will.
It’s really not about the smartest AI or shiny new tools…. You must know this by now.
A new operating model is required.
Listening to @neiltyson trying to explain probability to @StevenBartlett for a good 20 mins is a crazy combination of super funny and horribly painful 😂

"So to put this into perspective on the $20 codex plan, you can run this little tool and it can tell you how much you're actually spending if that was in token costs."

If you have one thing holding the business back - speed up cycles. Go from meeting weekly to daily. Start all meetings with the metric you wanna improve. Go granular on individual accounts. This is the fastest way I've seen big turnarounds happen. Cram a year of work into weeks.
TNTN has its own account now….. 💥
The Free AI Era Is Over
What happens when AI stops feeling free?
We unpack the growing reality behind token pricing, disappearing “all-you-can-eat” AI plans, and why the economics of AI are starting to shift dramatically.

Gordon is Head of Engineering at PureGym. He described moving their app from Java to Kotlin.
Six years. Module by module. Function by function. Organic. Incremental.
Gordon's question: what happens to a team that ignores this for 9 months?
His answer: like a developer on punch cards who never learned to type.
You start having very different conversations with people.
I've been diving into OpenAI's piece on agent-first engineering with Codex.
Worth a read if you're thinking about how agentic systems are reshaping how we build software.
Interesting thought
I am not what I am, I am what you mistake me for.
“Nothing gives you a clearer look into someone than how they misinterpret things; every misinterpretation is a confession.” — @DylanoA4
“The purpose of reading is not just raw knowledge. It’s that it is part of the human experience. It helps you find meaning, understand yourself, and make your life better.”
Who else it looking forward to the utopian future ? 🌈 🦄

There is lots of talk of an AI bubble and how it relates to the .com dats...
..... but not many are discussing that this time is different. This time we are building infrastructure.
