You hire someone to fix your house. They burn it down instead of fixing it. You hire someone else to fix it. They actually fixed it, but the media yelled at you it wasn't fixed. Then you hire the dude who burned it down again.

Dear @RepMikeLawler: “Historians have a word for Germans who joined the Nazi party, not because they hated Jews, but out of a hope for restored patriotism, or a sense of economic anxiety, or a hope to preserve their religious values, or dislike of their opponents, or raw political opportunism, or convenience, or ignorance, or greed. That word is "Nazi." Nobody cares about their motives anymore.”

This is embarrassing reporting. 1. Musk's Super PAC, America PAC, did not "appear" to tweet an ad calling Harris the C-word. They did tweet it. 2. They have not taken it down. Copies of the ad remain online on official America PAC channels.

Racist ideas are often served with humor. The humor allows both the producer and consumer to deny the ideas are racist.

Finally had a chance to listen to the debut episode of X-Club, the X-men book club podcast from @xbrarian and @madman3005. It's everything I enjoyed about their Dawn of X podcast and more. It feels like you're part of a conversation with friends. Highly recommend.

Katherine Graham stood up to Nixon. Jeff Bezos cowered before Donald Trump. I guess women are tougher. #HarrisWalz 🇺🇸

Just to put things in perspective, the world's 3rd wealthiest man, per Forbes, told his paper not to endorse in the presidential race, for fear of upsetting a man backed by the world's 2nd richest man and the world's richest criminal head of state, if I understand correctly.

Ok, let’s be VERY clear about what just happened: Governor Youngkin got caught illegally kicking 1,500 Virginians off the voter rolls right before a Presidential election, and now he’s attacking a federal judge for upholding our democracy. #Trumpkin

Early voting in Virgina. Voting for Kamala Harris for many reasons, not the least of which is I believe any other vote brings us closer to the end of our right to vote.

Now we have to ask how many anti-Trump stories and investigations have been killed by the people running these media companies who are scared of Trump?
