Horrible service and the customer care. The product is as bad as it can be. I have been going after them to fix the damaged product under warranty and since last 20 days it is as if confiscated and we talk of promoting Indian brands.

Private funding of skilled manpower (postdoc, technical staff etc) at corporate/international scale can make real difference to our scientific ecosystem. Attracting/retaining best in business is a challenge. Govt schemes (NPDF, INSPIRE etc) help, but not lucrative in open market.
