Support staff at a Tower Hamlets primary school have forced their employer to scrap plans that would have slashed pay by thousands.
Sir William Borrough Primary School wanted to downgrade roles, costing nursery nurses up to £7,500 a year. Staff said no. 88% voted to strike. The plans are now dropped.
This is what happens when workers stand together and refuse to accept less than they're worth. 💪
