Workers have the right to organise, and employers like @amazonuk show exactly why they need to.
Ricky Tomlinson - fierce support of workers' rights and our Pottery workers - brought GMB Rep Sharon Yates on stage last night.
This year, Sharon and GMB members in the Potteries secured £120m in Government funding to save their industry.
Sharon said: "I told Ricky I was a shop steward like him and work hard to help people like he has. My Dad, also a potter and proud trade unionist, looked the spit of Ricky too - I asked him if I could have a hug so I could feel close to my Dad for the work I'd done."
