It’s amazing think what this guy has achieved. Doesn’t nearly get enough of the press he deserves.
Tried watching The Acolyte. Hard nope.
Seems like Mandalorian & Andor are still the only outliers in an otherwise dead franchise.
Similar story with Marvel, Alien, etc. What's going on there?
Pause your doomscrolling for a sec.

The most important reason to treat people well is not what you'll get in return. It's who you hope to become.
Kindness is not about reciprocity or karma. It's about character.
Civility doesn't need to be justified with consequences. Respecting others is the right thing to do.

The 'empty quadrant' is one of the most replicated findings in housing research.
There expensive cities that don't build. There are cheap cities that do build. And there are no cities that build lots of housing and still see very high housing costs.
Twitter needs a "why is this still trending the next day?"
Currently trending topics have:
Top - high 'value' tweets but very static, stale quickly
Latest - mostly minutes-old noise
I'd try changing 'Latest' to prioritise the last 24 hours but also reflect 'value'
Wholesome stuff like this is such a breath of fresh air after being acclimatised to the recent era of omni-scandals.
There are some touch challenges ahead (see youtu.be/ljVtYj-YSnk), but it's hard not to feel a little optimism.
The prose on this.
This is absolutely the best thing you’ll read today thedispatch.com/article/it-i…
