I’ve resisted most trends but for this I am guilty of wasting water. Oops. This might or might not have something to do with a new story I am working on 😉 Why do I look so happy? I’m in Hastinapur! Beam me back, Scottie! ( even if for a day!)

There’s something about watching the world move while you’re still that makes everything clearer. No agenda. Just looking. Just noticing. Just learning. Life has a way of speaking when you finally get quiet enough to listen.

I've been pleasantly surprised by the response to this workshop. It seems there are far more people carrying stories in their heads than we realise. Some want to write a novel. Some have memories they want to preserve. Some simply want to discover whether they can write. If you've been telling yourself "one day", perhaps this is the time to begin. Creative Writing for Beginners is a gentle, practical introduction to storytelling designed for complete beginners and anyone curious about the writing process. 27 & 28 June (Saturday & Sunday) 11 am to 12 noon Online (Live) Fee: Rs 2,000 Seats are intentionally limited to keep the workshop interactive, and registrations are filling up quickly. To register, mail kiranmanral@gmail.com

The best stories are often brewed in the gym! My thoughts, my workout plan, silence ( from me) and some great music. Best way to start the day 💪 What is your secret sauce? #fitness #gymrat

Thousands of book signed and I still pause, every single time. The usual practice is to cancel your name and write best wishes but I hate doing that.I always ask for the name(correct spelling!)a little bit about them and that helps me craft a personalised message, make it special.

There are fewer things in life more satisfying for an author than knowing their words have made a difference in someone’s life.Stories aren’t confined like genres. They travel and quietly find the right audience. To entertain, enlighten or empower. ❤️ #litfest #authors #books

This afternoon at #BYOB Book Club, I had the privilege of co-hosting the remarkable @richasmukherjee . Five books. Three screen adaptations. One unforgettable afternoon. Grateful to my co-hosts — my daughter Hannah Deol, a young MedTech CEO , alumni of @ucl and #yps & @heritage_ggn and Sukhman, a Class 10 student from the prestigious @yps_patiala — who co-hosted with a maturity and curiosity that left every adult in the room a little humbled. — for making this so special. And to my brother Nikhalas — younger in age, older in wisdom — thank you for making this happen. 🙏 The laddoos were hot. 🎤 @TweetsAnup @arvindmish @drajoykumar @booxoul @madhur_rao82 @JMMKalpanaSoren #RichaSMukherjee #BYOB #BookClub #WomenWhoLead

@NCWIndia Requesting for urgent help and intervention. This is acute mental and physical harassment of a mother and her two daughters by her husband and in-laws ongoing for a long time. No amount of police intervention has helped. Kindly take note 🙏
URGENT: I, Garima Srivastava (Sector 48, Noida), and my two minor daughters are facing harassment from my husband Samarth Malhotra. He has intentionally cut our power and is sending threats. My younger daughter is medically unwell and her nebuliser is not working due to outage.
