Wouldn't it be crazy for the world to realize that the foundation of how we've perceived sickness and being healthy was fraudulent?
Books to read. Viruses are fake and vaxxines harming since 1626.

If DMSO was used for neurological illnesses, millions would be spared from lifelong disability — yet despite thousands of studies showing it worked, the FDA banned it. Since writing this series, thousands of readers have shared how DMSO healed "incurable" conditions such as Alzheimer's, ALS, neuropathy, migraines, restless leg syndrome, chronic pain, paralysis, brain fog, strokes, and depression. A physician who treats his patients with DMSO estimates roughly 80% of what people see neurologists for goes away with it. Here I present the evidence DMSO transforms neurology.🧵 midwesterndoctor.com/p/dmso-…

If you tell the IRS on a 1040 form, “I swear I owe this money”. The Federal Government actually has a statute that enables them, authorizes them to assess an income tax, because you told them “this is what I owe”. 👀 Joe Banister, a former IRS Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division and a CPA, stopped filing federal income taxes after 1998, and hasn’t paid taxes since. One of the hardest realizations in life is that you just don't have time to do everything you want to, including spending as much time as you should with your family while also being one of the best pitchers to ever play the game.
Justin Verlander broke down in tears, talking about his daughter after his final start. “I gave everything for this. I left home. She’s in school, and I wasn’t there,” he said, before pausing to collect himself. “There’s just a level of commitment it takes to be great at something. And I hope she understands... I’m just so happy that I get the opportunity now to make up for lost time.”

Here is all the evidence that you need that there is no such thing as what modern society labels a "virus", and that modern medicine, which keeps everyone sick and dependent, is built on fraud and manipulation.

A 12 year old boy walks into my office having already seen a psychiatrist, an allergist, a lung doctor, maybe a GI doctor. Seven different drugs by age 12. Kicked out of kindergarten for being disruptive. Diagnosed with ADHD and put on stimulant medication for years. Nobody connected the dots. He also had asthma, headaches, stomachaches, insomnia. Each doctor treated their one piece and ignored the rest. I did a full workup instead of writing another prescription. His gut microbiome was a mess. Leaky gut. Elevated gluten antibodies. Reacting to dairy. Fungal overgrowth. Low zinc, low magnesium, low B6, low folate, low omega 3s. Lead toxicity. He ate only processed food. Never a vegetable in his life. So we removed the gluten, dairy, sugar and processed food. Rebuilt his microbiome with probiotics. Treated the fungal overgrowth. Chelated the lead. Corrected the nutrient deficiencies with magnesium, zinc, fish oil. Two months later his mother brought him back. No more symptoms. No more meds. No more behavioral issues. And his handwriting went from illegible to perfect penmanship. Same kid, same brain, two months apart. That handwriting change is what made me write The UltraMind Solution. A brain that chaotic and disorganized became coherent and synchronized once we fixed what was happening in his body. The writing on the page was just a reflection of what was happening in his gut. ADHD is not a brain problem. It's a systemic problem that shows up in the brain. If your kid's brain isn't working right, don't just look north of the neck. Look at what's happening south of the border first.

This situation just continues to get worse. It feels like the world is accelerating to a situation that only God can fix.
The specter of a Third World War haunted the East— sometimes vanishing, only to reappear in the distance… In short: You don’t need nuclear weapons to plunge the entire world into chaos. On one side, Iran blocks the Strait of Hormuz. On the other, a bunch of ragtag fighters armed with rusty Soviet Kalashnikovs block the Bab-el-Mandeb bottleneck. And just like that—the stage is set for global chaos, a free-for-all where it’s every man for himself. Oh, and we have to thank Trump for that—the greatest field marshal of all time.

Virginity at marriage used to be expected. Now it's mocked. We've created a culture where a woman who saves herself is called repressed, and a woman who gives herself to dozens of men is called empowered. But the data is clear: women who had zero sexual partners before marriage report the highest levels of marital satisfaction. Every additional partner before marriage statistically decreases the likelihood that the marriage will last. The pair bonding that happens during physical intimacy is real. It's hormonal. It's designed to attach you to one person for life. Every time you bond and break, the mechanism weakens. Your grandmother wasn't naive for saving herself. She was protecting something precious.

I spent 5 years in undergrad (biology and chemistry, magna cum laude), 5 years in grad school/med school (neuroscience/physiology and medicine, summa cum laude and cum laude, respectively), and almost 3 years in residency. When I arrived, all they wanted me to to was force COVID shots, support gender mutilation, and shill for pharma. I walked away. So don't tell me people have no choice. I gave up everything, at the finish line, in first place, because the race was corrupt. You either have integrity or you don't.

Could the secret to preventing chronic disease be as simple as shifting your plate’s balance? The concept here is straightforward yet profound: our bodies thrive best in an environment that maintains a 70–80% alkaline state. Most modern diets have this ratio completely backwards, leading to an overload of acid-forming foods. The goal isn't to eliminate grains or beans, but to stop making them the center of every single meal. When the body's pH balance is constantly struggling against a 90% acidic diet, it creates the perfect storm for our most common health battles. It’s time to rethink the fuel.

Yamamoto‘s mechanics are way beyond impressive!
Elite athletes are often elite compensators. When one physical quality is limited, the best athletes tend to become exceptional somewhere else within the system. Yamamoto is a really interesting example of that. At around 5'10", 176 pounds, he simply doesn’t have the same amount of mass to work with as a lot of high-velocity pitchers. One of the things that stands out from the side is how aggressively he’s able to move his center of mass down the mound. He captures a significant weight shift early, creates a ton of forward velocity, and gives himself meaningful linear momentum to eventually accept and redirect through the lead side. Momentum is a product of mass and velocity. If you don’t have as much mass available, one way to compensate is by becoming extremely good at accelerating the mass you do have. The obsession with “getting into the back leg” has become pretty widespread in pitching development. There’s obviously value in organizing force through the rear leg, but it can’t come at the expense of actually moving down the mound. And for a smaller pitcher, I think that becomes even more important. If you already have less mass available to create momentum, you probably can’t afford to spend the entire early phase of the delivery sitting over the rubber trying to manufacture some massive back-leg load. At some point, you have to get that mass moving. Yamamoto does an exceptional job of creating linear velocity, carrying that momentum into foot strike, and then using the lead side to accept and redirect it as energy continues to transfer proximally to distally up the chain. There’s also an interesting side note here with how much javelin work has been a part of Yamamoto’s throwing preparation. Javelin throwing relies heavily on creating linear momentum before an aggressive block redirects that energy through the trunk and throwing arm. We obviously can’t say that his javelin work is the reason he moves down the mound so well, but there’s enough similarity between the two movement strategies to at least make the relationship interesting.

Travel baseball often misses the mark. The goal isn't to be the best 13-year-old. It's to be the best 18-year-old. But if 13- and 14-year-olds are playing 120+ games a year, when do they have time to build the strength, speed, power, and athleticism that separates players later on? Competition reveals ability. Training develops it. If we're always competing, when are we developing? #LTAD

When Iran launches missiles at U.S. military bases (which are clearly valid military targets in a time of war), the action is described as a "surprise attack" to insinuate that the attack is somehow unethical or immoral. Yet when the U.S. launches surprise attacks on Iran, including attacks on civilian schools, or assassinations of Iranian leaders, or the bombing of critical civilian infrastructure, those are called "strikes" to imply they are a routine, justifiable part of warfare. When it comes to the actual moral code of what's happening in this conflict, the U.S. consistently proves itself to be immoral and unethical: - The U.S. launched the illegal war in the first place, even though Iran posed no imminent threat to the U.S. - The U.S. deliberately targeted and bombed a school with 170+ young girls (children), then double-bombed the target when parents and teachers showed up to try to rescue their injured children. - The U.S. has repeatedly invited Iran negotiators to travel to a negotiation site, and then bombed them or used explosives to kill them, while blaming Iran for refusing to negotiate. - The U.S. has no intrinsic right to control the Strait of Hormuz, located nearly on the opposite side of the planet as the United States of America. If that were true, then Iran would have the right to control the Gulf of Mexico. - Trump routinely orders the U.S. military to strike civilian targets like bridges and power plants, committing act war crimes under U.S. law, while claiming he isn't bound by any laws or rules at all. - To avoid requiring Congress to declare war, Trump pretends that each military action lasts only 60 days, at which point he declares the action to be concluded, and then the next day he declares a new action has begun, thereby stringing together a series of 60-day emergency actions, effectively usurping the power of Congress and concentrating the power to wage war in the hands of the executive (himself). While the war grows increasingly unpopular, Trump betrays the very Americans he is supposed to represent, and he pursues actions that most Americans find abhorrent. Summary? The U.S. actions against Iran are illegal, unethical, immoral, unjustified and place the entire world at grave risk of famine, industrial collapse, economic depression and social strife stemming from those conditions. Trump and Hegseth both need to be removed from office and prosecuted as war criminals. In a world of real justice and peace, perhaps they would share a jail cell with indicted war criminal Netanyahu.
