Macro environment makes it hard to predict as well. 45) good pipeline for cost reductions through 2024 46) no update on next-gen timeline 47) low costs are not optional for many people, it's a necessary thing 48) price reductions made in Model Y result in an almost unchanged montly payment due to increased rates 49) we have not included radar in Model Y. Have it as an experiment in Model S/X 50) Tesla-designed radar is high-res, some potential but jury is still out on usefulness 51) we are gonna build a great factory in Mexico. The question is one of timing. We think we'll start the initial phase of construction next year, but we don't want to be going top speed into uncertainty 52) we have room here in Giga Texas. Personnel is the greatest challenge in Austin. Somewhat of a housing crisis. 53) Elon: not saying things will be bad, just that they might be.
